I schooled at GTC then, Enugu was cool ,I wish it would have been developed more than this. Our governors in south east should step up and start upgrading our existing infrastructures to modern standard. Even though Enugu has the most quality roads in South East, there is need for Enugu government to consider interlocking side of the roads behind the gutters as they do in Lagos and as well close some drainages in built up areas to expand the walkways, it will make the city look more modern. It still a beautiful city regardless

@@YangaLife Enugu would have been developed more than this but something happened after creation of new Anambra state, the chorus in every street was then ndi agba enu na nu be unu and it was like madness then, even my parents born and brought up there have no option than most of them left ,was in ss1 then . We plied Enugu-Onitsha express road for 6 months then before we finally returned home. Why I vowed never buy properties outside my home state. I keep praying Anambra state governor's keep pushing till we get it right. I don't joke with my state due to that experience as a child. Sometimes you said supporting political parties, I never voted because always returns only Christmases and sometimes Easter. We must put hand and make our state great . Have a nice day

Ohanaeze should issue a non-binding directive annually to state governors about areas that require attention in Igboland e.g.
    1. Environment- removal of shanties and planting of trees in cities
    2. Infrastructure- engage only reputable firms in building major roads
    3. Road safety & Tourism- all roads should be marked and traffic signs installed to meet standards of the Vienna Convention (1968) on Road Signs & signals
    4. Waste Management & Street Trading etc.
Ohanaeze team should visit every Igbo State to assess progress in the key areas and report to Ndigbo on in a yearly State of Igboland address on New Year Day by Ohanaeze President-General.
