Hi! Were looking to move to florida in the next 5 years. We want at least 10 areas and would like to build a cuatom home. We were thinking about the clermont or groveland area. There are some great large lots in those areas so it's a popular choice. As for builders, I would check out Element Home Builders, Alex Custom Homes, and Kevco Builders. All of them have great modern farmhouse plans to build.

Waterbrooke is still building. There are only inventory homes (quick move-in) however.
