Snow boots will be required kya ? Also can we buy it in Leh if we don't get good quality here

Snow boots are not mandatory ,we only went in snow at Khardung la. You can keep some other shoes also which doesn't get wet easily.I didn't notice snow boots as such in leh market.

But on an average 70k to 1 lakh is a good budget for 2 people with comfortable stay
