    April when doing the stomach stretch exercises, how do I keep my seat from siding back to to the shoulder pads? I just slide right back during that whole series. Not sure what I am doing wrong🤷🏻‍♀️

      That does happen based on the pants you are wearing. I should have mentioned this but if you can put a sticky pad on the carriage under your bottom it will prevent that. I use drawer liner from target and it works great. Hope that helps.
