Day in the life Living in HAWAII EP 3 ( How I stay healthy as a skateboarder through my mid 20s )

- Come with me on a typical sunny Tuesday in Oahu, Hawaii. First, I hit the backyard workout area to get my blood flowing with a calisthenics workout. Did some push-ups, pull-ups, and dips until I couldn't go anymore! Then, my buddy Cole Hosman joined me and we headed to Kapolei skatepark on the west side of Oahu. We did some back-to-backs on the 2 flat 2 and skated around for a couple of hours. After dropping Cole off, I went for a quick sunset run around Kapiolani Park. Ended the day with a delicious steak bowl and off to bed. This is how I would like to stay healthy throughout my mid to late 20s and hope to help others stay in there best shape of there life ! What I really like about these vlogs is the simplicity of them. No fancy shots, no background music, no fancy camera equipment. Just you, your thoughts and your experiences. The vlogs feel very authentic - almost as if you are hanging out with the viewer. Also I absolutely aspire to live such an active, healthy and fun lifestyle as you do. Keep up the good work Teo.

Love the content, it's so motivating for a healthy lifestyle! I'm from Europe and I feel like a lot of our culture and social activities always revolve around food, alcohol, etc. and I sometimes find it hard to stay healthy, when you are a social person, because people will ask you why you are not taking any dessert, drinking alcohol, etc. and there is so much temptation and social pressure to take part in those activities... And I do love to go out, go for dinner, etc. but I just find it hard to find a balance with my healthy habits. If anyone has any tipps on dealing with those situations without avoiding a social life that would be amazing:)))

Hey! I live in Mililani and love my outdoor workouts too but the damn bugs eat me alive but I started taking B12 Complex and legit…they do not care about me anymore. Can’t remember the last time I got bit. Get it in pill or powder form and even after just one day it works so well!
