You are correct with the paint color in the wheel wells but it depends on if it was Mitsubishi or Nakajima built as well as the year. Most early A6Ms had the Aotake in the wheel wells. But there were some variations. Especially near the end of the conflict
Really enjoyable to see you do this one. I have a couple of these in my stash and you've sparked my interest in getting them done. And.....as a bonus I now know about the 1 & 2 on the microsol/set products. I have to look which to use first everytime!
Thank you Yes really made a change from the regular stuff I do. I have heard a few people get confused with the sol/set so just thought it may help if I pointed it out 😀
Hi Johnny thank you, I mixed in a test pot with Mr Hobby self levelling thinner and it went fine so I mixed around 50/50 or 60/40 paint thinner it was at i18psi and was a .3 needle. I also mixed Tamiya white with it. But didn’t just put it in the spray brush I tested it in a pot first to check if it mixed correctly. Hope that helps 👍
Although good the green stuff can be pretty unwieldy and I always seem to get a lot more out of the tube than intended. I’ll soon be trying out another product called Mr Dissolved Putty. Which looks a bit like sprue glue. Thank you for feeding back 👍

Great Video. A big help thank you
Much appreciated feedback thank you 👍
Beautiful work. I have some of the AK paint you used but haven’t used them.
What have you found to spray them at? 20 psi @ .35 needle?, etc.

Nice build. I've never got why people just slather on tons of filler and putty.
