Connect.Yarn.Grow Conference 2024 highlights video

The Thiess Group held its first Indigenous employees conference in May 2024, which was a valuable opportunity for leaders to hear from Indigenous employees about their workplace experiences.
A key Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) deliverable, the conference continued the conversation from 2023 site yarning circles and enabled Indigenous employees to voice what they thought were the priority actions for the Thiess Group, in order to provide a culturally safe workplace for Indigenous employees.
