The exhaust is original but has a butterfly-valve just before the back-silencer. It handles very well on the nurburgring. A lap with not too much traffic my BTG time during touristenfahrten is around 8:3*min. I´ve never driven without passenger or on a clean track. So the car can do better I think...

The 350Z is a great car, especially for the money. Runniong costs are extremely low, but some parts can be expensive. The interior is allright, it has some nice design features but a lot of hard plastics. It'll do. But then, when you compare it to other cars from 2003 I don't think it is that bad. It is the standard Sony microphone, but the camera is not in it's protective cover. (I really like it) The exhaust is the standard exhaust, but with a by-pass-valve right before the read box/damper. So when opened it is pretty loud :D

Well, I drive on average 9,4 liter/km. That is 30MPG. So gas milage is very acceptable for a 3.5 v6. Even 100mph on cruisecontrol gives that gas milage. Servicing is 250-450€ per year when nothing breaks. The car is not high-tech, it's just simple but strong. (but unfortunately a bit on the heavy side)
Z's interior is total shit and very cheap no doubt. The VQ35 is good but the bearings are very sensitive to heat! You must have a big oil cooler on this car to keep it safe on the track.
The anti-rollbars made the car more stable in transitions from left to right. In combination with the 15-20mm wheel-spacers and slightly wider tires this made a huge difference. The car feels much more planted. However, you should be very carefull with your setup. I have now set the rear AR-bar in the softest setting, this gives more grip and feels good. First I set it pretty stiff becouse I wanted a bit more oversteer. This made the care very "snappy" at highspeed bumps. I drove 2 laps with that setting on the nordschleife and I had some scary unexpected sudden oversteer at some points. But all-in-all I can really recomend this upgrade. It is relatively cheap and you keep your daily comfort.
He Dominik, wat motor betreft had ik inderdaad een oliekoeler met thermostaat geplaatst. De rest was standaard, dus ook standaard carterpan. Temperatuur was daardoor nooit een probleem. Ik heb wel nooit op (semi) sliks gereden.

Btw I think the interior is acceptable in design and it cleans really easy with no need to worry about fading scratching or blemishes. I only need to know exactly where did you place the butterfly valve? Did you cut out the pipe before or after the resonator? It sounds amazing btw. I know everyone has a favorite dream car, but this is 1 of the great ones that you can afford. Everyone admires a great car and it's great to have one not because you try to race everyone but only because you push yourself and the Fairlady to the edge of sanity,but it's too late you passed crazy up a long time ago and the only thing you can do is smile and laugh like the joker!!!! Hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!
Hahaha, thank you. The exhaust-valve is placed between the middle and rear silencer. With this it keeps that typical 350z sound without sounding like a trumpet.
Die heb ik bij www.guerrilla-exhaust.com laten inbouwen. Ben er zelf erg tevreden over. Wanneer de klep open staat is het geluid flink hard, en wanneer hij dicht is is het weer als standaard.
