Hey Sam, just wanted to share a trick I've been using with you. I always have shredded chicken on hand and I've found that a regular old-school hand-mixer with standard beaters and a bowl that you think is probably way too big will perfectly shred up two pounds of tenderloins in about 30 seconds.

Notice you cook outside all the time, but I loved seeing you in your kitchen, inside. Love the design of your inside kitchen and was thinking of basing an upcoming remodel on its layout. Is there anything about it that you dont like for every day cooking? I realize there might be aspects of its layout that inhibit filming for your channel, but as far as everyday regular use goes, what do you like, what would you change? Not looking for a comprehensive answer, just bigger points. Something that affects your cooking negatively, or positively. Thanks for daily inspiration!
Awesome! I like to put jalapenos in the cheese and crisp it up and put it inside the shells but making the shells out of the cheese is next level taco master stuff!
Low carb taco for us diabetic ppl.. tortillas have about average 25g of carbs... I don't like lettuce on anything but a salad(and not iceberg either 👎) so I replaced lettuce for thin sliced cucumbers on your tacos and it is quite tasty
I love the channel. Just want to shout out to Max. Extremely talented with the camera work and editing. IMO just as important to the success of the show as Sam the man. kudos!

I like to fry corn tortilla's in a small amount of oil and fold them over to make a taco shell.they puff up a bit. then use this amazing filling and top it off with lettuce, queso fresco, cilantro whatever you want. sam, your the man and keep pestering those garlic press company guys. I have one from decades ago and it is still in great use.
When you blended up the fond of the chicken I was astonished. I recently went through jaw surgery and had you go in a 8 month long liquid diet. And blend up that sauce was a great idea.

Not a fan of Chorizo, my Gringo palate has a hard time with the excessive spice but this is inspiring. Maybe I could make a more bland version.....the cheese taco shell is extremely intriguing.

Made this tonight. BIG hit with my family and I. I made it with Portuguese Chourico and it was great and pretty low in carbs too.
Oh, and I made the cheese *tortillas on a silicone mat in the oven with mozzarella/parm mix. Pretty tasty.
