That's a nice version of Bullet The Blue Sky. It's not quite the monster Zoo TV version, but it is a nice different take on the song.
The song is spot on it voices the sentiment of many people I love it what a pity it is being ruined by the vocals being sung by someone who is not doing it justice.
The sentiment in this song is so relevant to our times - Bono captures the idea of 'COEXIST' - Jesus, Jew , Mohammad. All the sons of Abraham.

The way Larry switches the beat from Bloody Sunday to bullet is incredible. The Edge is killing it thus qhole song. His solo is unreal.
Larry’s and Edge’s performance on both songs here plus the transition are awe- inspiring.
