I love this pick him and Hauser behind the arc is deadly
Pretty good pick from Brad. He was in my top 5 (along with filipowski, dunn, dasilva, smith). From what i've seen:
Pros:
Good rebounder for his size
nba range
Can put the ball on the floor and playmake
Smart
Lots of off-ball movement
willing to set screens
Cons:
bad defender (but is smart so can be trained)
slower release compared to Sam
cant beat most defender off the dribble
cant jump/isnt athletic
Comps: taller PP
I think if they keep him which i believe they will
I trust Brad and Joe/ Development team to get this guy right and he’ll probably be ready sooner than later this pick makes me excited for summer league
Needs some defensive work but he fits the offensive scheme so well love this pick

Not a guy I would pick.
He is not as good as Hauser, as everyone seems to think.
He is 2-3 inches shorter (kinda a big deal in the NBA) he is slower and LESS athletic than Slammy Buckets.
He wont be logging mins on the Celtics this year like everyone seems to think. He cant play defense! You need to play some sort of D to get minutes on this team.
He isn't an "all-around" player like everyone is saying. He is a shooting specialist!
When you can't get all the way to the rim, can't D up anyone in the NBA, and you can"t do anything in the paint you are not a "Jack of all trades".
And does anyone really think this 6'6", no definition, slow guy with no lift is going to be able to rebound in the NBA like he did in College??
