My father had a major heart attack and during angiography, the doctor found one blockage in right artery. It was 100% blocked and 3 years old. Still, they managed to open it and put stent in that artery. It took them 3 hours to do that. He's doing fine now☺️

Sir my father got angioplasty done in june but after a week only he started getting problem coz there was a clot in stent so again after 1 month the doctor did angioplasty n after that his pump function came to 40-45 % now after 4,5 months also he feels breathlessness sometime in climbing stairs

I had ANGIOPLASTY on 28.01.2023. As per advise of Cardiologist, I was having Ticagrelor (twice in a day) and Aspirin (once in a day). Due to nose bleeding, discontinued Aspirin w.e.f.23.01.2024 and Ticagrelor w.e.f. 30.01.2024. Now taking Clopidogrel 75 mg (once in a day). Can aspirin be avoided in view of clopidogrel?

Distal lcx non dominant 99 % lesion in angiography report can create problems like angina ? Already done 2 graft on RCA AND LAD. Bez face problem like angina but surgeon says as exertional somthing.

Fibrosis ki medicine abhi nahi le rahe hai , unke doctor PFT test karvaye aur unko Acebrophyline 100 mg ki capsules daily two times lene ko die . Sir Heart ki medicines bhi le rahe hai like clopilet A150 , Rozavel 20 mg and Starpress xl 25 . Sir in sab medicines ke sath acebrophyline 100 mg le sakte hain . Plz guide me sir .

My father had discomfort in his chest on 11.01.2024 after that we consulted doctor and doctor adviced for blood tests and angiogram. All blood test were more or less ok but Troponin I was quite high which stated mild heart attack(as told by doctor). Angiogram test was conducted by doctor- The report were as follows -
a) LMCA- Ecatic segment in the distal left main
b) LAD -DEcatic segment in the proximal LAD.
c) LCX- Non dominant normal
d) RCA-Dominant ? Ocluded from the ostium e) LV - Good left ventricular systolic function with ejection fraction 65 percent on echocardiogram.
Doctor adviced for medical management.
Is stent possible in this??
From last 10 days my father is experiencing gas related problem daily in the evening for 45 minutes to 1 hour after that it goes back..

I need your opinion regarding my husband. He is having 100 percent occlusion in RCA suppled by collateral which was detected in 2008. .and is on medical management since then. Had intermittent chest pain since then.Also having 80 to 90 percent in om and 70 percent in lcx. Now the frequency of pain increased. Doctor has advised for CTO surgery. Is it advisable to get the surgery done considering that it was detected 15 years back and also prolonged length of blockage in RCA..

I got problem 3 months before that I have acidity and burning the whole day and in the evening I feel medium tightness in chest. I got ECG, The doctor told that It is not Ok and further told that the the person having acidity may have this. I did not have any pain or issue. After 2 months I felt shortness of breathing, I visited the Cardiologist and showed the previous ECG and he told that you had the problem from that day and recommended Angiography. I had gone through that angio. The report is : Right coronary artery: Dominant vessel with total mid occlusion. Distal vessel fills retrogradely through left sided collaterals. The use stent as they told that it is old blockage.
The doctor suggested medicine. I have been using this for one month. I have no problem. I want to ask that I should go for medicine or proceed further. secondly, Is there any medicine or way to clear blockage. Thanks

Sir can u plz let us know if non dominant RCA is 99 percent block is it risky for future or it will not affect anything , I know dr can leave non dominant vessels as it is supplying only little part of heart but i just want to know is there any chance for any problem in future ,In my father’s case it was small vessels so angioplasty was not possible but still I need to know about future prospective of it , if there any risk (even 1percent )kindly please reply as I am getting panic since last 2 weeks 🙏
Non dominant rca is usially not risky..if it gets occluded..size of the infarct is very small..need to continue on medicine..
