Doctor sir, u have put forward the bitter truth of heart blockage Or any coronary arteries plaque. As a layman, I could understand that this plaque deposit is not accumulated over-night, its' process happening over the number of years from our childhood and calcium or bad colestrol deposits in pathway of coronery & stick to to walls of arteries and not viable to remove it from its place because this most likely to rapture the memron & can form blood clots in blood stream.
