Whats interesting about this device is the physics principles envolved in it. This is a thermoelectric machine also known as Peltier machine. Matter of fact it uses the same principle as some phone coolers use. For anyone interested there are some cool videos here in YT.
My daughter has a medical condition where she doesn’t sweat so she has trouble regulating her body temperature. I’m all over these one for her and one for me!
I was extremely impressed by these coolify personal cooling units. They actually get cold, if you need cold, they do cold. Very impressive modern technology.

Floss, not understanding why you have one and decided to open a box to review another. I bought these based on your recommendation and they're going back. Wore these on a 88 degree day in CT and they did nothing but blow hot air.
Flossy, I bought this because of you. I bought the cyber version which is their top-of-the-line. The battery life lasted about an hour and a half on low settings. I am returning it. I’m not sure if mine was defective or what but that’s ridiculous. It was supposed to last up to 15 hours, is what they say.
I'm watching this video as I type this from Cabana Bay (Universal Resort). We've been at Islands of Adventure, Universal and Volcano Bay over the past 6 days. I wish I had 1 of these. It's been 95-100 every day down here and this would have been much better than the frog tog towels we've been using. I'm buying a Cyber right now. As a Home Depot employee constantly working in the Garden Department, and owning a Coolify 2S, I can verify that having both heat and air is handy. I get about 3 hours using Cool 3, so having access to charging on lunch breaks or a battery pack will help a lot. #whiteshoesfanclub

It's actually not bad, much cooler than the average neck fan. Others who say it's useless should perhaps be more realistic in their expectations when buying it, it's a neck ac not a full-blown air conditioner...
One piece of information you left out is how long the battery lasts if you had them switched on from 100% to 0%, for example if it was set to or on "typical usage" at 50% cooling/heat? I was waiting for you to mention how long the battery lasts on a typical usage, a bit dissapointing review given how much these things cost people would want to know how long the battery lasts, I think you need to do a REAL WORLD Review video for these, Mr Floss. 👍😁

Most neck fans I’ve bought and have are the cheaper ones on Amazon, one with no neck plates, one with one neck plate and one with two plates but they only have one cooling setting. Honestly saving up for a Torras one might be worth it more in the long run.
I immediately wrote this review off when you mentioned the price as my girl got me a $7 bargain one I use at the airport that works ok but dies after an hour…after watching the video and seeing the ap and that it will fit my big ass neck I already ordered myself one at 2:30am and it will be here friday morning…it looks dope as F and since it gets the floss approval I started thinking about all the dumb stuff I spend $300 on periodically and decided not to over think it as I live in Arizona and the temp here in Tempe will be 105+ from now til November…Taking wifey to Vegas in 2 weeks and I woke her up to show her the video and she was like “order that, you’ll actually use it” Thanks for lookin out as always Floss…my cat Lady likes watching White Shoes when I play your videos also fyi 😅

if you really want a personal cooler you need the type tha tcips to your belt or trouser/pants and blows air up your shirt .ive used everytype those are the best one the neck band ones come 3rd for me
Was playing bass for a theater gig in a cramped humid space during the hottest week of the year.... Buying a neck fan was the best idea i had. Wish I saw these reviews on release, these fans look much better than the cheap ones on Amazon. (They were good enough, but could've been cooler)

Usually use around 10 times a month depending on weaather..... example.... seafood festival was a hot day so I used it, most people think I just have a pair of head phones on my neck. Also Ive had these since 2022 Aug 4. ...damn I just check price on Amazon and its $199.99. Wow I didn't know I spent that much.

Chef here also and i have the 2s and the cyber. It’s great for temperature control, but the fan gets a bit loud and harder to hear callouts.
