This is the first product I grab for any correction and it’s usually the only one I need. It’s done 95% of my jobs since Feb/March and I’ve only needed to use a second pad maybe twice. The finish and wipeoff are excellent. Dave created something special here.
Bought some , actually buffed my refrigerator as I am selling the house and it was marred pretty badly with stained glass magnets my wife had ALL over the front doors she made. The correction with a SDO orange pad was decent, tried a Griots black wool pad and the correction was even better. The finish on the fridge is real hard as with the wool pad there was not haze so on softer paints adjustments will be needed. Wipe off was great, the scent smelled like a faint watermelon scent so also selling my commute car a Silver Nissan Versa S and will use Rehab on it. Have used P&S for many years so glad a correction product was developed.
I can attest to what they are saying about rehab. I have also taken out 2000 grit sanding scratches. It does everything they're talking about. Great product!
I’m not a pro but I’ve done a couple corrections on my personal cars and this looks really promising. Going to give it a shot on my next one. Just in time for thanksgiving break.
Looks decent. Keen to compare to my current go to one steps. Wipe off looked great. Anything thats easier on my arms and shoulders is a win. Will need to see if it's in Australia yet
I have a few friends who swear by this product as it cuts and finishes down so well. The wipe off reminds me of Extreme Solutions. The only time this has struggled was in repainted cars where the body shop did a poor job of curing the clearcoat.
That wipe off looked so easy. Reminds me of wiping of rupes fine. I have seen comparisons with this and 3D one. It seems to be tiny bit less cut but that wipe off is 100% better.
Imagine if you took 2 workers.. One with the wool pad cutting. The other right behind with the foam polishing. One wipe off, and you're done. That's efficient as all hell.
As other commenters are suggesting, how is this product similar and different from other one steppers such as 3d1, gold standard, etc. Would be an awesome follow-up video and much appreciated.
@@amberatkinson4230 I only have experience with 3D1 and it's very oily. It's nice to work with but you have to be very careful how much you put on the pad. It's not the easiest wipe off. I have see others compare gold standard to a similar wipe off experience. That wipe off for rehab looked effortless. That alone can help cut down on time. Less wipes per pass adds up.
@Bryans_Garage Thanks for responding. I have used 3D One and also find it oily. TH-camrs made it sound like a super easy wipe off, and maybe it was compared to others when it came out. I am curious about the cut and finish capabilities of all three.
Jason So is it an actual abrasive, or is it just a pad dependent lubrication, and what does all the work is the pads? Appreciate the video....... Conway
@sbgthedetailer Ive seen Brian at Apex do a review on it as well as a few others about 6 months ago. The grit felt in the polish is very very light rubbing it between the fingers vs others is why I asked. I'm definitely planning to try some out.
@@MikeGDetailing Yes she did. Looking at some other reviews done on the product I was more so curious as how aggressive. Brian at Apex reviewed it and felt the polish between his fingers and stated it felt very smooth and not really gritty like a polish is why I asked.
Call me a skeptic as well, typically when I try a dual purpose/multi use anything be it dual purpose motorcycle or compound/polish I wind up with something that does two things only marginally well. After years of trying I stick mostly to dedicated one function products now. This looks promising, I am excited to try it out. When will it be available on the open market?
@@sbgthedetailer I live in Canada, usually getting products shipped to Canada from US retailers is cost prohibitive. Is it being offered by any Canadian retailers? My main detailing product supplier does not have it listed on their website.
So this appears to have similar capabilities to the DIY Detail Gold Standard polish or ar least targets the same performance. Likely this product utilizes diminishing abrasive technology where the abrasive size starts large enough to perform some cut but then starts to break down to smaller and smaller sizes to polish finer and finer to a finish. I see very similar performance with Gold Standard and literally zero dust with the bonus that it works great on plastic and trim. Also, the product is sprayable so it seems to last forever.
In my experience with both, rehab produces a better finish. I’ve used it for 95% of my jobs since February and only twice have I needed to follow up with a second pad.
@@detailzautodetailing643 I can see if one were to over apply. I do the recommended 1 spray with the pad still spinning a bit and that will do half a panel, generally. Of course, I'm no professional and only do 10 or so corrections a year so in a production shop there may be differences that I am not seeing.

Awesome video! My favorite word….EFFICIENT! Buying this now 👌🏻

Rehab looks like a must try. If I'm local can I place an order and pickup in person ?
Yes you can 👍

For Sure!

Yes same, only time it didn’t work for me was on a poor soft repaint
Very nice! Thank you for the tutorial!
Can you use a rinseless dampened pad? I usually clean my pads after each pass with rinseless in a pad washer.
That wipe off looked so easy. Reminds me of wiping of rupes fine.
I have seen comparisons with this and 3D one. It seems to be tiny bit less cut but that wipe off is 100% better.
I would actually agree, slight slight less cut but REHAB wins on efficiency with no dust and easy wipe off!

So basically a 3D One alternative
I’ve used 3D One and while it’s in the same category as an ideal single step correction product, it works and performs quite differently.
3D One, Gold Standard, Ceramix, The last Cut,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Looks legit. Great video content all the way through.
Glad you enjoyed it!

So basically Diy gold standard sprayable but non sprayable
Take my money!
It's a crazy good product
🙌
Videos are much better when you use a vehicle and not a junk yard hood. Thanks Rehab looks like a winner.
Curious, How's this compared to Sonax perfect finish?
This is more of a compound that finishes rather than a polish

Around 6 minutes Sydni states is abrasive.
Absolutely an abrasive. It’s an adaptable compound

How similar would this be to the Griots Correction Cream?
Much heavy cut, easier to wipe off and no dusting. But that’s a solid product as well, it’s what I used before Rehab

I think you’ll find you’re not giving anything up with this product
Oh and it’s available!

I feel like gold standard is kinda oily in a way .

So basically like all the new products ...example Diy gold standard , Rupes ,Sonax ,3D an many more !
65% better so basically just like any other one step? Confused what the hell is different 😂
Can it be used on plastic and trim?
No
Where I buy the wool pad
I believe Car Supplies Warehouse will bring it in/or has- its new
But if can’t wait it’s on the P&S Website
First!!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
