Its not guts , its cowardice - when you're not working you're basically expecting another sucker to work in order to pay for your "mental and physical support that you need" . You will never find out what youre want or supposed to do unless you'll work your way into it. "Idle hands do the devil's work" it is better to work in a job that you don't "mesh well with" while you're looking for your're right path , than sitting in your parents house in your late twenties and feeling sorry for yourself

I am left with 2 ways to try to go to the USA, or to go to Poland, a difficult choice because I do not know what awaits me in these countries ... but it is obviously better than staying
Hey, I am glad You have some options I don't know anything about Poland unfortunately so I can't really offer advice what's better between them and the states can vary drastically depending where You would end up state and city wise. Get a job where you help people like nursing. You can start as a CNA and go to school while you’re working. I have this as a backup plan for myself in case I can’t find a better job.

Giving notice is not a courtesy it is most often a part of the employment contract and can be enforced. Read the terms of employment both sides have rights and responsibilities the one who usually wins are the one who has the most experience. Employers hire tens of thousands even millions of employees and the draw on that experience where employees only have a few experiences to draw on. There are resources available however do your part and use them
well where I live it's at-will employment so there are no requirements to give notice for quitting whatsoever, not that the place really deserved it anyways. they could fire me without notice so why can't I do the same to them? they might take it personally but I won't be going back to that company anyways so it's not of any concern to Me if they wouldn't take Me back because of that or whatever.

So sorry to hear of all the hardships you've been through. Please try to let you mom know that if she lets you have that room longer, you will more likely be able to get back on your feet permanently and not have to come back to her for help in the future.
yeahh I agree having some actual support and a room I can use for my own purposes would be great and help with my mental health, but unfortunately I kind of made that difficult for them to trust Me with it again the last time when i stayed here so unfortunately its just not in the cards I think, I wouldnt be able to convince them to let me use this room to the same extent again as I have proven to them in the past I wouldn't keep it so clean was kinda shut-in and stuff like that but overall its probably motivation for Me to get back out on My own even if its with a roommate, there are some lessons still being learned through this mess just gotta keep pushing and get back out there and make some real money and I would earn that respect back.
@@InfinitusYT Here's one more idea - not great, but it's something. I don't know where you are, but here in Southern California, where the weather is pretty mild, we have some people living in tents on the property of friends and family. I don't know any of them personally - I just see them around. Maybe if your mom has a yard (does she own that house?), you can ask her if you can stay in a tent while you get back on your feet, but to please allow you to have access to shower/bathroom and kitchen. I don't think it's too much to expect that from your own mom.
@@wootandhammy I don't want to believe it will come to that one day, and unfortunately they rent the house they live in and it doesnt have much of a backyard no fencing or anything and lots of other houses yards viewing it as well so I don't believe that would even be an option here. Hi! i am sorry you are struggling. i totally feel you because i am currently looking for a job. I am almost 53 and live with my parents. I just quit a job in March. i had the job for almost 17 months at a fastfood job. I think i have autism and so after a while i get totally overwhelmed by people. This last job i quit on my way to work because one of the three people i was giving rides (they were also getting some of their rides from others) a manager, asked me to punch in early because she knew i would generally get to the parking lot a half hour early before punching in (kind of like hitting the snooze bar before punching in to hell) and it felt like i was being stalked by people at work because even on my days off i was being asked to give rides to the point one day on my day off i realized between all three of these people i was away from home for four hours counting driving time and waiting in parking lot. So i quit due to feeling overwhelmed and taken advantage of. And this kind of thing seems to happen whereever i go due to my autism so i understand how you feel about issues at work where you feel you cannot cope. i am applying for jobs where i feel my interaction with humans will be minimal, like dishwashing or pushing carts or cleaning bathrooms or remote positions but it is looking bleak for me. But hopefully something will come up. I believe things will get better for you too! Glad to have discovered your channel. You are not alone!

I am not sure what having autism is really like because I have never been assessed for such a thing but who knows maybe I am on the spectrum too. it sucks that people end up overwhelming and taking advantage of You at work, it really does add up eventually so having boundaries is extremely important. I appreciate You being positive about the future for Me because its not so easy for Me to see it sometimes by myself so it really helps knowing I am not the only person struggling. don't feel bad for living with Your parents still it might not be ideal but it's better than the alternative. Yeahh I try not to talk about controversial stuff on here so that doesn't hopefully happen lol, it has alot to do with the topic and title etc though as well I'm sure. But the algorithm is just weird I don't know why it pushes them so well after a bit, and then it just drops off after like 2 days max but I am trying to learn and talk about things important to Me but also that people resonate with or can maybe help in the future. Lots of stuff I want and need to talk about still on the channel hopefully I can keep the momentum but if not that's okay too because I've gained a few people that support regardless really, it's nice not feeling so alone by making these.

It's not really that I don't want to I just physically and mentally am struggling, do You like working?? Most people hate working. I enjoyed my warehouse job as much as I could until I got injured. And also I don't want people to take care of Me, I still take care of myself the best I can but when You are in such bad shape as I am it can be alot more difficult. Doing my best to become self-sufficient again but gotta work on alot of stuff still.
