    Beef steaks in juice soft as butter - Cut with a fork. Juicy and delicious
    Beef steaks, unlike veal, have to be cooked a little longer and in order to be completely soft, we have to stew them for a certain time.
    Ours turned out soft as butter and as you can see - we cut them only with a fork. The juice is delicious and really worth the effort, you will get all the compliments.
    Certainly the softest beef we’ve tasted.
    RECIPE:
    ✅ Cut the beef steak into pieces and spread with a hammer. Prick with a knife and season on both sides: salt and pepper
    ✅ Marinate them in oil and rosemary and leave in the fridge until use
    ✅ Fry the onion for 2 minutes, after which we will add the meat and fry everything together for 5-10 minutes. We will season it with a little sweet pepper and add garlic
    ✅ After 10 minutes, add other vegetables: peppers, carrots and tomatoes
    ✅ Stew for 15 minutes
    ✅ After 15 minutes, add 200 ml of water for the first time and simmer for another 15 minutes
    ✅ Add another 200 ml of water and simmer for an additional 15 minutes
    ✅ Take out the meat and blend or mash the vegetables, then return the meat and add 400 ml of water. Simmer all together for 20 minutes
    ✅ In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of flour and a little cold water and add to our juice. Let’s leave it on the plate for another 10 minutes and our steaks are done. Season to taste.
    Soft and juicy, they are cut with a fork and the juice is really delicious.
