We got off the Symphony this morning and walked over to board the Joy. Super easy process - especially since they did the testing and we didn’t have to schedule that.
EnJOYing this so much! I just booked this ship for a Panama Canal cruise in 2024. I've been on NCL once and it was not a good experience. Hoping it was a fluke. We will be going on the blogger's cruise in January, too, so hopefully we'll fall in love with NCL, which is my hope. Thanks for posting this!
I was on Symphony three weeks - end standard balcony room closest to the Aquatheater that you see on the back of the ship. Awesome views! Group cruise!
Lunch, nap, chilling...you guys know how to cruise! Then the casino...woohoo! Yes, Miami port is gorgeous. Only sailed out of there once, mostly out of NY.

I am scheduled for Bermuda on her in Sept. I am excited to see your ship tour and review of her and interested in your opinion about the sail away. I could hear the Carnival Freedom as she sailed out of port, giving me all the feels (non -cruisers will never understand) .
Tony, that house on the “stilts” is a house boat that you can rent as a vacation rental. It was featured on Amazing Vacation Rentals on Netflix. It’s pretty awesome!

@@melaniefoy6711 I wish I can. Live in orange county California and san Diego is 75 min drive. I just came back from a cruise on the ncl bliss out of san pedro los angeles . 7 day cruise, Mexican riviera had a great time. Have a great and safe trip.😘😘
The Bistro is a very unique dining experience.. probably worth trying as not many ships have a legit French dining experience. However, I love the Italian place La Cucina .. so yummy !
Sorry I missed the live...we drove home this morning from Lauderdale on the Odyssey. Got home and crashed..NICE to see you and Jenny on a relaxing "boat-ride". Have a blast!!

I've been on the joy out of Seattle going to Alaska in 2019 and then December of 19th out of la going to Cabo great ship you'll love the local 24-hour pub great food and desserts
We are on the Carnival Freedom; the ones making all the noise as we sailed by you out of port. We were saying to each other, “Tony and Jenny are on that ship!” Happy cruising!
The highrises here hold up fine during a hurricane. They all have hurricane shutters. Sometimes depending on storm surge the bottom lobby or floors may flood.
Joy will be my first REAL NCL. I don't really count Gem. We did a one nighter as a fun dinner a few years back, before they stopped those. I think we were in the last year of that. I cannot wait to see all the TRs from this ship! Tell me all of it! woot woot!
Love you guys but I started cruising way way back !! Royal Caribbean cruise line 1989 !!! & Still continue to cruise ... Whilst I say love your input to cruising ..been there ..done that ..etc ... It's so so different from my first experience of cruising & in someways I get a little upset that you think you have just invented cruising !!!! The ships have w are well what can I say .. just like flouting shopping malls!!! I now have reached the luxury lines silversea being my favourite ... Maybe you will post one of your cruise experience from them or regent.. crystal??? Keep sailing 🚢

We went to Ocean Blue on the Escape in 2019. I love seafood and enjoyed it. The chocolate fudge cake at Cagney’s is delicious
