Unfortunately I don't think he will spend much more than the recommended 20 years. He could be released in 2031. It isn't fair, Joanna lost her life. People that do these things should never be released.
I was fixated by this case when it unfolded to it's sad conclusion on Xmas Day. The persecution of the landlord just because of the way he looked to the eventual arrest of the neighbour and the fixation of what happened to the pizza

The landlord was still receiving death threats after Vincent Tabak was convicted. It just goes to show that mud sticks.
