I like the House, block construction. I would install 6 ceiling fans, and Plantation blinds. The floors are very nice. The Vanity in the Primary bath is Huge. Great Pantry.

I absolutely agree with you. I would also install fans and blinds throughout the home immediately. Plantations blinds would look amazing on this home. If a married out of state couple relocated down there and put 200k down plus had closing costs could they get approved for something around 400/450k if they came without jobs but had employment up North?

Good morning! Thank you for watching the video. I hope you enjoyed the tour. To answer your question, the bank is going to want to see employment in order to approve a loan. The only way I can see the bank providing a loan is if you had employment up north that allowed you to work remotely once relocated down to Florida. ok thanks so much,my wife has 2 jobs she has been at one for 25 years, the other for 3 , both retail and both have a presence in the Ocala area, I would be leaving a small buisiness so I would not.@@iamjosegreyes
