I do not want to misspeak, however I am sure that construction companies would want to follow certain codes to build homes to withstand certain natural elements that may be experienced here in Florida. Design wise some builders may add those details as upgrades. For Ocala I feel that some builders attempt to make most homes affordable as possible. They may include certain options that are appealing and keep up with other builders, and may omit others @@spicynomad
