- i have been back over to anfield for another daily update with what now feel as the cladding will be coming to a full close soon and that the fencing will be coming down in the next few days or week lets hope they say skd or kop next stand

Think the cladding was stopped at that corner because the roads etc were more pressing and needed to be done at that time so they can push on get parts of the stand open.
Couldn't get that big blue cherry picker there whilst doing roads and need of other heavy machinery getting past plus other people working and passing underneath that areas, health and safety in case they dropped anything from the picker.
But my god im so glad its being done now 😂😂😂

Reckon the wood being put down in the corner is so they can put a crane on it without damaging the new concrete to either do the cladding above or the back parts of the corner stand, there is defo ropes hanging down from the other corner the SKD Stand so maybe doing the missing cladding there as well.
possible mate and yeah i was looking at that more when they had the ropes for the lifting the cladding
The wood is shuttering for the reinforced concrete...the top is steel decking..walkway..

Hey Craig, when you get a chance can you see if there are holes on top of the roof. I saw a few hole on another video.. seems like in the central area of the new roof, if you able to zoom in and have a good look that would be great.

Looking so good starting to go up the road complete they are Craig cladding is nearly done I'm a bit shocked that it's getting done very quickly I'm just watched kev you are doing cladding underneath he went on the stadium tour and you can see so much has been done progresses to see all done and see or fantastic wonderful stadium complete and fingers crossed that they do the next two stands it would be so lovely are club grow and grow and also it would be nice to see more drone videos gonna be watching your Littlewoods project now the plan is I'm coming up and make your fingers crossed with this waiting on some surgery don't want it to be around that time so I'm hoping it's after or before and I can recover as I want to come up from Plymouth in the South West Liverpool fan at travels quite far and come up to say goodbye to you again a bit of a party like I do want to hear also my friends trying to get me some matchday tickets before the end of the season and I want to thank you for your dedicated work thank you ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😊😊😊😊😊😊

I should be coming to Liverpool at some point in the next month or so to go on a tour of Anfield again 😂 can never get bored of seeing our history! it’s like my 100th time 🤣 I use to go to games til I moved away to Cambridge now not so much at Anfield mainly games down these ways when Liverpool use to play Norwich, only an hour up the rd, or Watford bk in the day, and obviously the games in London I go to when we are down here. But yeah when I’m up Liverpool hopefully I’ll bump into you when I’m at Anfield obviously I’ll let you know when I am mate be good to meet ya. Anyway I’ll let you crack on. Thanks again 🙏

Does anyone know if theyre laying down wood instead of concrete where theyre installing the last part of the stand at the away fans end? They obviously installed concrete for steps and some of yhe terrace but it looks like theyre now using wood. I thought wood was banned from stadiums after the Bradford stadium disaster. I don’t think they will use wood inside mate and I will try and find for u mate and thank you buddy
If you look at 9:45, it looks like they've installed wooden panels and there are lengths of wood there too. I'm assuming they're going to use the wood as templates and pour the concrete into it rather than using a crane to lift it up, but just an assumption
Yeah I think they might be mate or they are putting it there for cover until the right pieces arrive because there more to be installed
Great stuff as usual Craig, I’ve asked this question before but never got the answer.., are the black tarmac patches that remain on the actual block paving road going to be eventually dug up and block paved as well? I mean the 2 sections outside the main entrance to the new stand and each end section of the road.
They have dug up mate and put new tarmac down and there is tarmac by the entrance to anfield road and thank u

Hi again, if you look at the block paving outside entrance M you can see there are 2 manhole covers or some access covers that are still block paved so I can’t see any reason to leave these remaining areas tarmaced , they just look an eyesore on the road to me mate.

Yeah and I think they are still working on them now but Hoping for them to be finished soon
Also is there a open fan park inside the Anfield Road stand, where those big grey shutters are?
Yeah mate they have kept a closed mouth on the fan park as work inside has been going on for a while without seeing it
