Honestly for the game's actual fight, it would have been nuts if Arceus slowly transformed into it's "beta"/true form, as reality begins to warp more and more, fitting the accelerating/glitching music the fight arealdy has. Imagine if Arceus itself stopped the fight, not because it has decided the player character is worthy, but rather because it doesn't wish to destroy their mind by exposing a form incomprehensible to mortal beings, basically tagging along with the player out of respect because they managed to actually survive against it for that long.
