I can’t say for sure if this will help for something specific like that, as I don’t have the data on it. The body performs its strongest healing and growth when you are in a deep sleep state. The idea behind this one is to boost low delta brainwave frequencies, which you usually produce more of when you’re experiencing deep sleep. Listening after the gym would certainly be an ideal time to test it out.

@@roni-i9e The main thing to consider when adjusting the equalizer, is that you must still be able to hear the isochronic tones. So bear that in mind when playing around with the settings.
Maybe try his brown noise beta wave ones. That really puts me into a “make it happen, do what needs to be done” mode. But not at night or it keeps me awake like I’ve had loads of caffeine lol.
This is a difficult one. There isn’t a track of mine that I can really recommend on its own. There are many different approaches and reasons why someone might find a particular decision challenging. So it’s not clear what type of track or mental mindset might be appropriate to help in this area. I think you would need a combination of tools and knowledge to help improve in this area. Which might include affirmations, a meditation script or some kind of cognitive behavioural therapy.
