Hi Jason. I was wondering if you could add the timestamps of the frequency progression in your description as you have for your other tracks. Thank you! :)
@@michellel9568 Hi Michelle, there isn't really a frequency progression on this one like there is on many of my other videos. This one is all about being continuously random within a small range. In the description I've mentioned that I've randomized the frequencies between 39.5Hz to 40.5Hz. Just above and below the target frequency of 40Hz. It's constantanlty moving up and down within that narrow 1Hz frequency. If you check out the first 15 seconds of the video, you will see a screenshot of the frequency session with the timescale in minutes along the bottom. I set it to move to a random frequency within the 39.5-40.5Hz range every minute. I hope that helps.
@@MindAmend Yes, very helpful. My intention is to use it for a highly focused 10 minute meditation, so I wanted to ensure I time any progressions and oscillations correctly to achieve optimal results for the allotted duration. Thanks again!
I always get a little dopamine boost whenever I see a new video uploaded. 😅 When I pass the bar this 2024, I’ll be sure to thank you! You are part of my everyday journey in my review. 😂
I was not planning to focus a lot today, just wanted to see what this is all about and for the 30 seconds I listened, my brain feel like it has been itched! What in the heck!
I listen it with A tower speaker at a comfortable loud volume and my room has no other sounds and it's majestically awesome I can solve the proofs of the hardest theorem .LoviNg it❤❤❤❤❤❤ JASON MUSIC CAN CHANGE PEOPLE
Hi Jason, thank you for your help and dedication to the community, If understood correctly, the frequencies are 39.5 and 40.5 hz, is that means that there is no 40hz?, is that wrong for me to think that 40hz is the most important, effective than the others? Thanks Unconditional love to all
40Hz is commonly touted as beneficial, but it's all about that particular frequency area, not the particular number of 40Hz. If you listen to the same frequency constantly, the effects will eventually diminish due to habituation. When your brain gets used to the same stimulation, it stops having the same effect. I've made this with randomised frequencies in a very tight, narrow range so that people can keep listening to it and benefit from this frequency area for longer.
I would first try this 40Hz gamma track for those advanced activities. If you don’t get the results you’re looking for, consider trying my peak focus for complex tasks session: th-cam.com/video/akH5UuXkO08/w-d-xo.htmlsi=fGbGp4yOccbftLT3. There isn’t a definitive track that will fit everyone doing those tasks best because it usually takes a bit of trial and error to find what hits the spot for each person.
I generally advise that you should have it loud enough that you can clearly hear it but not so loud that it becomes distracting or irritating to listen to.
You need to be able to hear it properly for it to be effective. In a quiet environment you could have the volume very low. However, you will probably need to have the volume louder when the ambient noise levels around you are higher.
I wouldn't recommend changing the speed of the video as that changes the frequency of the isochronic tones. For the audio to have the indended effect it should always be played on normal speed.
is the track broken? I' was expecting some house music, but got a steady tone which sounds like when you touch the Aux input with your hand and get the sound of your body's electricity... Innovative, but thinking it's not what you intended!?
Every music track I post contains these isochronic tones embedded in the track/mix. That’s what all the frequency info is about at the beginning of every video and in my video descriptions. The isochronic tones are the key part of the track which helps you to focus, and what makes it different to listening to standard music tracks. I also add small amplitude vibrations to the music which sync with the frequency of the isochronic tones. These tones create what’s called a brainwave entrainment effect. If you want to know more and discover how it all works, I have an in depth article on my website: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic-tones/. I’ve been making tracks with these tones for 18 years now.
I can hear it perfectly fine from my laptop, and I'm using old wired apple headphones. I could even turn it up louder if I wanted to but then it'd be uncomfortably loud. I would recommend checking the audio settings on your device.
Phone's don't have much low frequency speaker's. 40 hz is the very low in human's ears range. Possibly use studio headphones, not ear buds. i am a electronic technician.

I love how you break down the science of how this works in the description. It's a nice reminder that it isn't just placebo!
How can this noise be so soothing and make me so productive?!
Magic.
My adhd has been out of control this past couple of days this felt like a much needed brain massage. Thank you!
I am in the same boat now. I am glad I found this channel.
I’m deaf in one ear, and the isochronic sounds actually work vs. binaural. 🎉

Aw yeah, a fresh new track for a busy busy Tuesday! Making AP/AR fun!
Does anyone else get that fantastic HypnoToad vibe from this?
Sometimes you can't beat the buzz of just tones!! 👍

I like this one while essaying. It’s like a purring sound, that’s comfortable at low volume
U r a miracle maker
Wow. I didn't know how much I needed this... 🎉🎉
Thank you! This one feels relaxing!
Thank you Jason, I love this one!!!! Kindest regards, Dino

Simple, safe, and effective! Thank you 😎👍🙏
Excellent!
Great work, thank you Jason.
Thank you….
It reminds me of the hum of lightsabers. Just slightly lower.
Awesome. Love it.
Thank you.
Awesome!
I was replaying your Dubstep flamingo mix from a couple weeks ago and this popped up right on time!
Thanks for listening. 😊

Looking for this as well!

How long do we need to listen to this to reset our tolerance?? Thank you!!
How long should we listen to this? And when is the best time to listen to this, before or during tasks/activities? Thanks.

will it be more beneficial than old only tones video, i have to study advacned mathematics ,physics and chemistery so would it be helpful

@@MindAmend you are best keep it up,solved the most difficult problems .I think this one works better .
you know if there is a optimal volumen sound to hear this? ty for the contribution!
I generally advise that you should have it loud enough that you can clearly hear it but not so loud that it becomes distracting or irritating to listen to.
Does it hepls to be attentive brain?
Can we listen them while working?
How loud does it need to be? Or how low can it be and still gain a benefit? Thx

It's the pure isochronic, not broken, give it a chance

@@MindAmend cool. I knew about them being "under" the tracks, but didn't realize this was the pure isochron. love your stuff, keep it up!

Mmmmmm
I'm sorry but apparently the sound is too low that can't be heard quite well.
