the key thing for me is that he is NOT allowed contact with son until the son is 21. GOOD CALL JUDGE!! we all know that 25 years in pathetically inadequate.

25 years for taking a life is too good for him. He’s never really been present in his son’s life, and the boy should not be exposed to his malign influence.

He went from Juvenile Detention to jail to prison. He’s thrown his whole life away. There’s no rehabilitation in prison. He’ll come out and go right back in. He has no regard for life, including his own. What a shame.

What a joke this guy is. He says he wants to be a "father to his son" and yet he has never been involved in his life. And what is wrong with the girlfriend? She needs to not hook up with idiots like this. And having a hard life is not an excuse for murder. Love the questions the prosecutor asked.

Why do people think because of being brought up in a house without a mother and father… doesn’t make you kill people! Childhood is rough. Horrible, abusive; still doesn’t make someone hurt other people. We all know what is right and wrong, you killed someone raging in a public park… wtf?! You should have been in a lot longer as you have a history too. Sad.

She’s not a bully. Why would you say that? She’s fair and honest. She’s probably the only person in this defendant’s life who gave him a solid parental lecture. Unfortunately her words probably didn’t have an effect on him because they fell on deaf ears.
