She was smirking during victim impact statement....i truly believe she has no remorse a total sociopath....and moreover implicating her daughter....my god...she is distgusting
It is absurd she even thinks she can choose what institution/prison she wants to go to but, it’s funny, DOC will definitely not send her to where she wants to go. Even with the judges opinion, it’s completely up to DOC where to send her!
Hello from Southern Ontario Canada, where we just got our first snow 😢 any person who would blame their child for a murder deserves life in prison. She got away with murder for yrs and thought she was invincible.
I cant believe she was allowed to pick where she is housed. SO SHE CAN SEE HER FAMILY.... really the victims family doesn't get to see him. Since when is that a thing for first degree murder. You give up your l8fe because took a life.
What a complete narcissist. Life was the correct sentence. And we saw all her mouthing of words during the friends victim impact statement. Nasty attitude won't bode well for her in prison.
The defense attorney is talking about the trial and trial evidence. I thought this was not allowed during sentencing. She's been convicted, and you can't retry it. Imo when someone takes a life, they give up theirs, period.
The state of Florida does not have parole anymore so, she was sentenced to life… the remainder of her whole life! No getting out for her unless she wins an appeal
I hope the DOC denies her requested prison. I googled it. They have a horticulture department and a cosmetology class.. she deserves nothing comforting.
I never thought I'd have to listen to a more excruciating attoney than Ashley Benefield's, until now. He's still crying his nonsense, he just can't shut his mouth
I'm pretty sure she still get's a trophy. Those are the rules in Florida. It's the Sunshine State. The State that ignores child sex crimes like it does for Diddy and Epstein.
@cathy griffin.....in Florida, there can be life with possibility of parole. Also, if a judge doesn't specify it usually means with the possibility of parole.
@ I live in Florida and worked for DOC! There is NO PAROLE IN FLORIDA! Maybe you need to look it up and do a little more research! When judge sentenced her to LIFE, that meant for the rest of her life!
Cheer up lady. The Menendez Brothers thought they would never get out of prison but they might. They might still get a trophy. The money I mean. It is what they were after.
In Florida, if a judge simply says "life" in a sentence without specifying "life without parole," it generally means that the person can be eligible for parole as Florida law defaults to a life sentence with the possibility of parole unless explicitly stated otherwise.
@ yes they did but, some people just like to argue and tell me I’m wrong or to do more research. I worked for FDOC, my grandfather retired from there after 45 years, I live in Florida and have my whole life. Florida no longer has parole and thank you for knowing the facts like some others do not
She was smirking during victim impact statement....i truly believe she has no remorse a total sociopath....and moreover implicating her daughter....my god...she is distgusting
She was totally smirking and giving condescending looks. Just shows what a true narcissist she is. She's vile
Totally agree ..complete sociopath!!
I object. She shouldn’t decide where she goes
It is absurd she even thinks she can choose what institution/prison she wants to go to but, it’s funny, DOC will definitely not send her to where she wants to go. Even with the judges opinion, it’s completely up to DOC where to send her!
Her attorney can never say anything briefly.
This chick is Insane hello everyone from pouring Easton Massachusetts

This woman was the true definition of evil! You could tell by her demeanor and despicable attitude she had a very dark soul …
if any
Stop the defense attorney!!!!😂
I cant believe she was allowed to pick where she is housed. SO SHE CAN SEE HER FAMILY.... really the victims family doesn't get to see him. Since when is that a thing for first degree murder. You give up your l8fe because took a life.
Florida does not have parole. Bear in mind it was abolished 41 years ago
Are you sure about that? Thanks
What a complete narcissist.

Glad she got life in prison not one tear for Michael had nothing but a nasty smirk on her face
I guess she didn't have a single Elite friend in Florida. Otherwise, this would have been covered up.
Dear Judge: Try to not look down and write while the family IS GIVING THEIR IMPACT STATEMENT. Thank u,
May be he wants to take more notes 😮
Oh my god the tone of the attorney is annoying
He was such a windbag lol...like during the trial. I had to fast forward to the verdict
HUGE OPERATION ON LAWYERS HEAD
If she does serve at least 25 years the kids will be safe and grown up if she gets out.
The state of Florida does not have parole anymore so, she was sentenced to life… the remainder of her whole life! No getting out for her unless she wins an appeal
No remorse from it...used her 7 yr old daughter as the one who shot Michael? Good grief
Evil heartless witch. How infuriating that the police took her side when called upon despite Michael having all the marks of being the victim
What is life? 25:years?
The judge didn't say w/o parole.
A life sentence in Florida means life, without the possibility of parole.
I hope the DOC denies her requested prison. I googled it. They have a horticulture department and a cosmetology class.. she deserves nothing comforting.

The first un alive in Florida is a Mulligan.
@cathy griffin.....in Florida, there can be life with possibility of parole. Also, if a judge doesn't specify it usually means with the possibility of parole.
The state of Florida does NOT have parole. They got rid of parole many years ago!
So, if judge says sentence is life in the state of Florida, that means LIFE! There is NO parole in Fl
@@Dee-j2n Not true...look it up.

WOW, A Trump voter 😂
I agree with you 💯From a proud TRUMP voter🇺🇸💯
She will likely be given more time with her children than the average Father in Florida Family Law court. FACT.

Florida does NOT have parole anymore. So, when the judge sentenced her to LIFE that means she will spend the remainder of her life in prison!
Florida has abolished parole
In 1983
Florida has abolished parole completely in 1983

@Dee-j2n thanks
WTH is that big dent, scar on the side of her lawyers head??? Thought it looks like a mountain goat horn??!🤔🧐🧐😳
I think he may have had brain surgery 😢
Life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years, also known as 25 years to life in prison without the possibility of parole during that time.
Florida does not have parole anymore. If someone is sentenced to life, that means life. So, she was sentenced to LIFE… her whole life!
