      Unfortunately there is someone like this pretty much every game in NA, saying gg at like minute 5 and nitpicking other people's plays, but you learn quickly that they are all talk and will rarely actually troll. The people you really have to watch out for are the ones that don't type and just spam ping.

    One thing that i really appreciate about Broxah, is that unlike other streamers who just play with full loud music and barely talk, he explains (especially at the start of the game) pathing, optimal plays, how to track the enemy jungler, where HE is gonna possibly go, which plays he's gonna do and why, and if you're a low elo jungler this helps you understand and think "oh ok so next time i go in ranked i'm gonna do this and this" it's educational content that actually helps you getting better at the game

      @@tomkem.6515 People often say this sarcastically without realizing how true it is. I think a lot of us gamers were basically pawned off to video games. Parents find it easier to get their kid a computer/xbox/etc and let them sit in their room all day instead of actually spending time with us. I didn't realize until recently that I barely spent any time with my parents, they got me a console at like 5 years old and gaming is how I've spent the vast majority of my time since.

    • @tomkem.6515

      @@Nerdsie I say it with humor but I know how true it is for a lot of people. I do feel bad for those people, even though their way of acting is not justified because of that. I am an only child and had to overcome some "only child complexes" aswell becasue of too much love from my parents because my mom was little helicopter like around me when i was young so I had to learn that not everything is about me when im with other people. which is a thing you learn pretty quick when you have siblings or parents that neglect you in some form. And even with a pair of loving parents I still rage at video games like LoL sometimes (also have a perma banned acc x) ) so its not a safe road to become an angel if u have loving parents ^^ Sorry to hear that, hope you're doing good buddy.

    • @Nerdsie
      @Nerdsie ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tomkem.6515 Yeah it definitely doesn't excuse the behavior. But, at least for me, it helps keep me from tilting when people flame to think that they're just displacing their own pain. I heard a phrase recently that I love. "Hurt people hurt people". And yeah there is also the other end of the coin, it's sort of like how water is good for us, but you can still die if you drink too much. Everything is a balancing act, and too little or too much of anything is typically not good. I definitely learned that lesson, but pretty predictably I learned the very extreme form of that lesson. Nothing is about me. I don't have a right to want or do anything. Currently trying to get past that one. Obviously I shouldn't expect the world to revolve around me, but I also shouldn't feel guilty going to the grocery store or interacting with people, as if even having to be around me is something I should apologize for.

    Good game Mr Broxah. I am trying to follow your absolute great mental in the most toxic game I know. Im a bronze player now tbh and I have a vision to be in a gold rank one day. I managed to reach Silver I not higher. Im an Ornn main. I really love tanks. I played them much earlier than tank-meta became a thing. Aplying your mental to a tank player is like putting a piece of lemon into tea, when you are sick, it perfectly matches and feel right. I met a lot of players with attitude like this blitzcrank and even worse. And as a tank main (I tried other roles and champs, but it didnt really fit me) and a bronze player, when most of my team is losing, Im not able to just carry the game for them. But with your mental and trying to find my own mistakes and be calm, Im getting better and better. It helped me to change several people's view during game and that sometimes even managed to bring us the sweet victory. You inspired me and I think Im not alone, who thinks that we need more league players to behave like you do. Keep up your good work Mr Broxah, it is really appreciated.

They don't want to win if they don't get to be the carry and if they're not having fun, they'd rather make sure that their team loses the game so they don't have fun either.

    The fact that there are a large majority of players who genuinely believe it's ok to take out their frustration on people because "it's just a game, I'll flame when necessary" needs to be talked about more. This should not be the default mood toward League - I don't care how long you've been playing, I don't care which streamers you watch that are successful who share this attitude, it's not normal or ok.
    Your being bitter and jaded has nothing to do with the matches you queue for and the only one perpetuating that mindset within you, is you. Just because you can't see or hear the other members of your team, doesn't mean they aren't human beings. Get a personality other than "I'm a better gamer than these pisslow dogs", and possibly learn how to self-reflect or get some therapy if you find yourself treating others this way. Emotions aren't your enemy and they aren't other people's problem in a god damn *video game* where people are supposed to be having fun. Some people really need to grow up, I think.

    That last baron fight was the EPITOME of league.
    1) Team not hitting the objective, not attacking the enemy (loved Hitler's chickens)
    2) Your very questionable dive Mr Broxah
    3) Your team fighting with all the disadvantages, after refusing to with all the ADVANTAGES
    4) They somehow win the fight 😂
    5) Someone still tries to ff

    Sometimes i see you build tiamat first and other games you go for eclipse. Can you explain the reasoning behind that?

    • @Mojo1800
      @Mojo1800 ปีที่แล้ว

      Probably goes for Eclipse if he's super ahead and if they have a lot of squishy people to one shot. In this game, he got really ahead on kills so he doesn't need to farm jungle as fast because he's probably looking to fight more and advance his lead, and Eclipse lets u hit an item spike faster by skipping tiamat on top of giving you a lot of damage. My guess is game where things are relatively even, he's behind, or if maybe even if they're a very tanky team he goes tiamat early for jungle waveclear then goes for goredrinker to be less of a lethality assassin and more of a frontline playmaker for his team. Plus, if the game calls for it, you can go Ravenous Hydra too so the tiamat buy isn't a waste of gold. Though, this isn't always the best item to grab on Jarvan.
      That being said, looking at his match history, there looks like quite a few game he plays where all critera are there for Eclipse but he goes Goredrinker anyway, so I could definitely be wrong in trying to reverse engineer his reasoning.

    NA is something else. The other day I was playing blind pick (as I always do) and locked in shaco top after calling my role. 4 different games consecutively I get told shaco is not to be played top and that I should be playing tanks top. Apparently I can't choose 1 champion out of 164 that i actually enjoy playing. I have to play any of the other 163 champs. Constantly flamed by teammates makes the game that much more enjoyable!

    • @cosmicthought3419
      @cosmicthought3419 ปีที่แล้ว

      Play draft or flex, so you can pick roles. You will still face flame, since Shaco is a really bad champion, especially on top lane. But you can get master with any champion, if you're good enough. Glhf!

    Gaming at its peak should be about the gameplay nothing else. So the mentality is trying to win at any cost. Whoever sets any other mentality over winning e.g. being polite, caring about ingamechat loses potential. There is a reason why most of the high elo players are either toxic or don't give a fk and the millions of sheep low elo players are like "oh mentality matters so much, only positivity". They dont want to invest the time to win. They dont have the motivation to win. They lack the skill to win? It is whatever. They pick mentality and manners over the deficits they have blocking them from highelo and make irrelevant stuff meaningful for them selves. Stay low elo. The report system is meaningless. Mentality is meaningless. Manners are meaningless. Stop reporting, fullmute and try to win every game. You can go for that irrevelant shit when you reached your goals and hit a plateau. Broxah picked a point on where he said it is too hard to go for rank 1 lets tell people about mentality. It will not work for them. Broxah knows it. He sells the in beetween. It is a form of selling out.

    Unfortunately Broxah is a shining star in the pile of dung that is the LoL community. It is made up of players like this blitzcrank, and it doesn't change at any rank; even in pro play there are players with Blitz' attitude. If there was ever a reason to not play the game, this is it. Riot does not punish players for behaving like toddlers and as such have reaped this exact attitude, where players know they are behaving like angry toddlers and they do not care. They will continue to do it, it doesn't matter who they yell at as they do not get punished. Riot has no backbone when it comes to punishing poor behavior.
    I am so much happier since quitting this game about a year ago, primarily for not having to interact with the community. I will enjoy it through Broxah's content and possibly watching worlds but I will not be re-installing it. Thank you Broxah for being a good example; I wish behavior like yours was the standard and not the exception.
