This band was a big part of my formative years. Learning to play, I didn't always want to be one of the big bands, I wanted to be in Lynn Allen. Compton is equally soulful as he is shredder...stellar player. Tim is an outstanding bassist but stays in the pocket for this band. Bob is a rock on the kit. Billy has a unique and pitch perfect voice.....and an intuitive and memorable song writer. They meant so much to the people of this area.

I was introduced to this song as a kid, too young for the bars, but it was on the radio. It is still one of my favorite songs.
