Hi Sir, I beg to differ on your point about Mexico. In Information Technology(IT) Jobs, Mexico is growing very rapidly, as a Nearshore facility, since its time zone is aligning with US. All the bigger IT companies, TCS , Infosys, Wipro, HCL etc. they are sending its employees and hiring local Mexicans. TCS itself has 10K+ employess, just in Mexico
Even in education sector, I have met many PHD students from India who are pursuing thier PHDs in universities , and yes we can't compare the sheer strength , of students which are going to Canada, to the one, who are coming here
