Hey there, could you make a video explaining how a person who is a citizen of an ESTA eligible country should expect a visa interview to be? For example a British citizen who is usually eligible for an ESTA but had visited or is a dual national of Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Syria or Libya etc….? A UK citizen usually doesn’t need a visa but because he/she had visited one of those countries, he/she would now have to attend a visa interview

Hi Argo, i have applied for J1 internship. Previously i got refusal. My DS -2019 mentioned my stipend is 833 dollar per month.and in my training plan the non momentary compensation for food accommodation and transportation. Is the denial for less stipend???

Hi Ben, I have a few questions:
1- If you have a Graduate Assistantship for 4 years of your PhD program, do you still need to provide a personal or sponsor's bank statement to show sufficient funds?
2- If you've made an entry for the US DV Lottery , can the visao officer see this on the system and will this consitute immigrant intent?
3 - If you've been denied a Canadian study permit, is there a way that the US visa officer can see this and will it also affect your F-1 visa application?

I filled ds160 two times because of some errors in the old one like the location for the interview that i chose in the old one was in Toronto but i got an appointment in Vancouver so i had to refill ds160 form. But in the latest one i wrote given name and surname as my full name but in the old one i wrote given name as fnu and surname as a full name. So is it okay? Because in the confirmation letter its showing fnu but in ds160 form its full name in both.

I applied again on British passport from London embassy it’s again refused. It’s refused total of three times in last 12 years. What will be best advise. Shall I apply again or stop applying. @Argo....I have a worry here....my mom had applied for non immigrant Visa for me some years back....had even filled DS 260 since 2019 yet nothing...untill I my passport got expired. When I went to renew it ...I had a problem with father's name on my passport. it turn out there were difference. Fast forward am applying now for F1 student Visa...am I going to face any challenges ?....one of the questions asked on DS 160 is if someone had file for a non immigrant Visa on ur behalf...how do I answer this question. They advice to Not change the school just check if your I-20 is updated and your year hasn't started yet

Universities make you defer to the Spring semester on purpose. They send you the paperwork late in order to give preference to the American students and then you apply later. They did the same to me. They also give you an orientation date after everyone else. My orientation date was one week after the deadline to register for classes, and then I would have had to pay a late registration fee. When I found that out (by doing my research), I went early to sign up.

No difference once you have the acceptance letter.
Focus on understanding how to explain why YOU chose this university. Don't memorize facts about the college from their website and say those, instead make it personal as to why that university is where you want to go.

I applied the green card but it denied because my husband's past. Automatically i overstayed in US. I came back to my home country. And i renewed my tourist visa and i brought all the green card paperwork, my house tittle, my son's birth certificate etc but the visa officer didn't want to listen to me and she said i don't trust to you. Finally she banned my visa for one year. What should i do when i want to renew my tourist visa ??
