I started at the dock fishing and did a 180, straight past noah and up into the room playing a movie to grab the screw driver, left the room crossed town and climbed up around the fence guarded by 2 guards. Climbed up the bridge took a right and made it to the locked door on the metal fence to the left. Stabbed the fuel barrel with the screw driver and walked across to the next corner and waited for the lady to make her exit near the now trap ready barrel, shot the fuel as she neared and boom challenge complete
Just did this challenge, was expecting a vid from you yesterday. Didnt unlocked when I shoot the lamp above barrel, but unlocked when I shot barrel for a 2nd time. Thought I had to finish a mission for it to register.

Most oil is pretty hard to set on fire irl, so weird choice. Also, putting an oil can in a briefcase is silly. Wish they’d come up with something new and realistic.
Am I the only 1 who hopes they'll release a new location even if it is a remade sniper map? Seriously the drought is killing me & the new unlocks aren't doing it for me, I understand they've probably moved onto other projects but from what I heard there was supposed to be more locations
With the new oil can unlock you can also now complete the "Flour Power" featured contract with SA, originally you had to use the Molotov cocktail but no longer worked after they updated so it was no longer a free fire kill

You can also place the canister in the oil puddle and shoot the canister to ignite the puddle, saving the need to bring a micro taser.
