I used to own a small carpentry business (and by small I mean me and my son). Once we built a set of cabinets, upper and lower, for a remodel a customer was having done in his family room basement. He paid a 25% deposit (cost of materials) and then when we installed them, the check bounced. When I called to gripe, he refused to answer. We went back the next day and spoke to his wife (who knew nothing about it). We said that we'd made a mistake and used a type of varnish that required a longer set time. I didn't want the house to smell for two weeks so I offered to remove them and keep them at the shop until they were safe...no charge to them because it was my screw up. We took everything back and then waited. About half-past five the customer was on the phone screaming at us for 'breaking into his house' and 'stealing' the cabinets. I informed him that his wife let us in (so no breaking and entering) and he hadn't actually paid us yet so there was no theft. He sent us another check, with the fee for the last one bouncing, and once that passed the bank we put everything back. I hate to hear stories about the little guy getting ripped off.
That actually _is_ theft since once the material is installed on someone else's property, it becomes theirs. If you want it back, take them to civil court. If you order food at a restaurant, the food that you paid for is technically yours. However, if the restaurant happens to close three hours early (for whatever reason) and you follow an employee inside, tell him that you're there because you "forgot your wallet," and take the food yourself, that's STILL theft even if you've paid. In order for it to be a legal (valid) transaction, the employee has to serve you your food. Why do you respect big businesses more than you do private homes? You wouldn't dare to walk inside a Costco store and "take back" what you installed simply because you weren't paid on time. If your car gets towed, do you just take your car back without paying the associated impound fees simply because someone left the gate open? You should familiarize yourself with theft laws.

To hell with a lean, which may be basically dismissed in bankruptcy, give them back the loads. Love this and my hats off to you and your employees Barry Hart.
in the state where I live you can pay a lawyer to file the lien and the lien is placed against a designated property, house, car, boat etc. The lien holder can not collect unless the designated property is sold.
Indeed.. that is the big problem with trying to use liens. In most states the lien only prevents sale of the equipment/property until the lien is resolved. If they have no intention of selling.. the lien means next to nothing. A contractor I used to work for had liens against multiple people, including one on a customers home.. Every time my boss called and tried to collect.. the home owner just told him to go fuck himself.
Haha, saw that on my way to work one morning! Nice! I hope nobody else did the job of taking it all away when they realized they wouldn't get paid either. People like these suck, they put the prices for those of us who have morals and pay in full and on time.
I don't see a problem with this. So long as it's only the scammers that are affected. So long as you're not letting any of the mess damage an innocent, third party, then it's all good in my books. Nice work guys.
That’s one of the problems here, though. A manure mixture...you don’t think that’s affecting the innocent homes and businesses around? It’s one thing to dump out a bin full of the clients own garbage and reclaim your bin. It’s quite another to commit trespassing, vandalism, and vehicular assault. As much as it sucks, can’t do shit like this to someone who owes you money. I know courts suck, but that’s how we deal with debt in a society...unless you think the mafia is a great legal system. And I know, I know...there are plenty of corrupt or just plain shitty cops and judges, but all the other alternatives are worse. It’s also *really* shitty of the truck company owner to order their employees to commit crimes.

These are the same type of people in the UK who agree to buy your house at the asking price, then when you come to sign on the dotted line tell you to reduce the price by 5 or 10K or they won't complete the deal. It happened to me, my response was, sex and travel, aka F**K OFF, I was in no rush to sell but he was in a rush to bye so he coughed up the full price
Here's a revenge story you'll love. My late father was a meter reader for Toronto Hydro (electric utility). One of the meter readers died of a heart condition and his wife was taken advantage of by an unscrupulous funeral home, being convinced to spend more money than she could afford. (expensive casket, funeral home supplied tombstone, flowers, limo, etc.) When the meter readers found out, it was time for payback. Commercial businesses had demand meters. which meant they were set back to zero after each reading. Get it? No way to check. Each time they read it, the meter readers added about 10%-15% to the actual reading. Over the course of a few years, that "den of thieves" paid thousands of dollars. p.s. The hydro employees took up a collection and the man's widow received MORE than she paid the funeral home. Sometimes, revenge is due and OH SO SWEET!

Here in the UK they'd just report you for illegal "Fly tipping" and have you billed for any and all clean up needed. How ISN'T this illegal in the US? Isn't there any laws about dumping waste on someone else's property? This reminds me of a farmer who had a dispute with his local council in England. He drove his tractor right into their carpark, with a muck spreader full of cow cr*p in tow and painted the entire front of their building with it ! An epic middle finger to the bureaucrats, but I think he still got arrested for it and ordered to pay a huge fine.
@@Onlyasking-b3s An interesting way of looking at it. In the eyes of the law that might actually be acceptable. If the restaurant owner agreed to pay for waste material removal, then refused to pay, they would probably be within their rights to return the waste. The restaurant would most likely state that it wasn't their waste materials that had been returned, but the police wouldn't want to get in the middle of that, and they'd have to go to court to prove it WASN'T their waste........ And it would no doubt have to be explained to the court WHY they'd decided to welch on the original bill.
@@Reman1975 No, it wouldn't be. It would be a civil matter. What they did is a crime in both New Zealand and the U.S. Depending on the state, it's either criminal mischief or vandalism. If I decided to throw manure on your lawn, would it be YOUR responsibility to prove that the manure on your lawn isn't yours? Do you see how ridiculous that sounds?

Had a situation similar to this, family landscaping company put in thousands in plants grass trees, no one would pay. Crew pulled up, hopped out and removed every plant tree and rolled up sod took it all away. Hopefully next time they will pay for there landscaping
This made me smile! Lol I've only been to that place once before, and never again!! Lol I just can't believe I have never seen this video before!! Lol its good to see you guys are keeping these kinds of people in check:)
To hell with a lean, which may be basically dismissed in bankruptcy, give them back the loads. Love this and my hats off to you and your employees Barry Hart.
In the USA you can just put a lean on all their shit and start taking everything they have until compensated in full. State laws may vary.
Dr. CisScum Shitlord III, Esq. Fuck that this is more fun
While that law is handy here. I kind of like this dudes approach better! Lol
in the state where I live you can pay a lawyer to file the lien and the lien is placed against a designated property, house, car, boat etc.
Dr. CisScum Shitlord III, Esq.
How fuckin ridiculous and pathetic
Any updates on this would be appreciated!
My god centrsl owners trucking.i think youre fantastic.we need more people like you.xx
I have dealt with the same thing in line of work that I'm in my hat's off to you guys y'all Rock
Saw a great one in the UK the contractor went to the guys house was told by a neighbour he was away on holiday so he had gone back and poured concrete into his front porch blocking his door.
Code enforcement should write the shop owner a citation for unsightly waste.
‘’’’’’PAY WHAT YOU OWE’’’’’. OR GET IT ALL BACK AND A BIT MORE! WELL DONE GUYS, THIS IS THE MESSAGE! NOTHING IN THIS LIFE IS FREE FOR ‘ANYONE’ ….. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 SWEET YOU GUYS 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The drivers are backing those trucks up and dumping in an assembly line fashion. Love it.
Huge kudos fellas total respect it's time that these people and it is people of one particular origin who are the main culprits for doing this.ive done work for these people and they will do anything to not pay or swear that the 'extras' they threw on the job, were included in your price.!! Absolutely made my day seeing these rats getting shafted.
If I was in the UK I would work for this person who owns Central, 😊 from Ohio
Have they paid the bill yet? This video is 6 years old, I would hope that things had been resolved by now?
Sage advise: Dont mess with your food preparer or your excavation company. Or they will make you eat karmic shite.
Standing directly behind and in the blind spot of a semi to try and get it to stop is a special kind of stupid.
When Karma bites you on the arse! I do the same with our skip bins 😂
Would love to know if they eventually paid up..
It is unfortunate, that the neighbours, in the house next door, will have to put up with the smell, until it's cleaned up.
That was cold, I love it. I hope you get the pay you are owed.
LOL as a kiwi i totally back this. the good ol new zealand way.
Good on you guys, there's always people out there that ain't short of coin but there the worst to pay what they owe,
Good shit fullahs 👍👍
Never trust Just one side of a story... You never know the truth until you really know the truth.
"Oops, your Mercedes is accidentally covered in manure"
The customer is always wrong
The defrauding and unpaying criminal*
Mercs would have been a better target to block in.
That's just another stupid extreme saying one side is always right or wrong.
The Justice system is corrupt theses days. This is the best way to settle things.
You guys did a very good job. I hope your bill gets paid off soon.
I'm glad you are not defending the Sikh, as an Amritdhari he should behave much better than that,
The Sikh are where it's at! The best Indian religion.
I always find Sikhs to be the most friendly guys.
Thomas Bedingfield if you’re buying from them, there awesome wait till you gotta sell, they’ll wanna pay you a quarter.
Sikh are as real as they come when it comes to being transparent I think, these people probably just have the name singh for political purposes.
I love these revenge videos. It all started with the ariel one and now they keep getting recommended. They're also almost always in countries that drive on the left haha
Awesome! Way to teach them a lesson... Hope they pay soon!
Would love an update on this. Did they pay up in the end?
These are the same type of people in the UK who agree to buy your house at the asking price, then when you come to sign on the dotted line tell you to reduce the price by 5 or 10K or they won't complete the deal. It happened to me, my response was, sex and travel, aka F**K OFF, I was in no rush to sell but he was in a rush to bye so he coughed up the full price
@Rob Sartori, "my response was, sex and travel, aka. F*** ***..." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 absolutely brilliant!!!
Wow....what a Dick move from those buyers. I would have refused to sell them the house.
Just to say I would buy the drivers of these trucks beers all night long. Top blokes !
I'm in that same trade of trucking people. Are just shrewd
Well done, Hats Off and a BIG SALUTE to Central Trucking for standing up for themselves and their employees ♡♡♡
Sometimes justice is just too funny😂
Living proof that there is always more than one way to deal with a situation !
A few loads next to and behind the silver merc wouldn't have gone astray..
geckopete Benz not Merc. Merc is short for Mercury.
Mercedes Benz which is German, not Mercury which is Ford & American :)
Aaron Mane Benz is short for Mercedes-Benz, Merc is short for Mercury. Let's just keep it that way so there's no confusion.
in the rest of the world, Merc means Mercedes. Australia here and I haven't heard of Mercury until now, did a quick look up and it's a defunct division of Ford which while it was still in business sells 1/10th of the number of cars Mercedes did worldwide.
+Solenicus there aint no civilization outside of Texas you tinhorn.
Finally a TH-cam video with DECENT music! Hats off!
Says alot about your campanys management and employees and I was going to be calling use regarding a contract but I want professional's so glad this was brought to my attention
Nuff Said.. They want Trucking Companies To Work for free? I don't Think So.. HAUL YOUR OWN SHIT OR PAY YOUR FUCKING BILLS!!! BRAVO!!! BRAVO!!!
Job completed = Pay the bill. SIMPLE! ...this just topped it for my 2016 I really don't blame you for doing what you did or for anyone else who would go through this. The 4 that dislike this video is probably the owners LOL
That's really funny. Pay your bills dude.😊😊😊
should have dumps so they couldnt move their cars... ie infront and directly behind
or just on them hahahaha
BANG BANG he could have been done for damaging the cars. Thats why they were careful to not do anything like that
@Molanda Moseley of the FBI I'm guessing you didn't watch the full video or read any of the comments. Nothing could be done, they didn't dump anything on the footpath.
@Molanda Moseley of the FBI ahhhhh no I dont. Tell me something, where do you live.
I'm glad you informed us in the text that it was 7am in the morning, otherwise I might've thought it was 7am in the evening.
HAHA CORNER OF SANDRINGHAM & MT ALBERT RD LOL
I AGREE! Pay your bills, or accept the consequences.
I'm laughing my ass off at all the comments 😂😂😂
Oof! Nice! F peps and business that don't pay up. Normally this can prevented through conversation and discussion but when ignored it comes down to ACTION!
This is how real truckers should respond !
This is New Zealand, not the U.S. And even in New Zealand this is illegal
It was his waste material they just brought it back to him when they were not paid
@@Onlyasking-b3s That's called vandalism. You should really learn the difference between criminal and civil amtters.
I believe if more consequences were doled out, improper practices would slowly diminish.
As someone who worked in the Aussie building industry, where a company would declare bankruptcy and not pay contractors, then reopen under a slightly different name on the next project, I applaud this. Fk em! mongrels. This is why they can afford mercs.
I was wondering why Idi Amin chose to expel the Indians from Uganda, but I think I might be getting the picture - if the same thing was happening there as in NZ.
I imagine its somewhat like how Russians are nostalgic about the old Soviet Union even with the gulags and spying on them, because they didn't take sh!t from anyone and young people weren't allowed to run riot. Compare that to the USA where open treason and rebellious teenagers run basically unchecked.
Just to be fair, he expelled all foreigners.
Great Job ! From another 40yr Business Owner !
You simply remind them its not India 🤟
Terry from Christchurch New Zealand love ua work young man... I'm a painting contractor and people try it on all the time.
Are you contracting to Switched On.
The clue’s in the names!
Absoultly
That's brilliant well done you guys, there is nothing like revenge when you done a job for someone and them not paying up, its happened to me and its not nice to be out of pocket for work you have done, keep going guys.....nice 1.
this video was so beautiful i cried a little 😍
ha ha ha, I knew this was victoria, Good work boys, thumbs up!
As long as they owned BOTH of the businesses sharing that parking lot. Otherwise take it to court.
Fuckin love this . . . . Well done New Zealand
Well done. Does anyone know the outcome of this?
Part of me thinks yeah this shop got what it deserved but another part thinks what if there was a check already in the mail that hadn't arrived yet
You very often see TV programs demonise the Traders but there are so many cowboy customers, another common thing is when a jobs complete and there’s nothing to query about the customer wants to renegotiate the price
Ok but now I want an update. “Central Trucks create new mountain on top of a shop”
Damn Skippy, make'em pay one way or another! Nothing is free!
Would it have been cheaper to sue them, or did they piss you off so much it didn't matter? Probably the latter. Good job.
Nope, attorneys are costly, might be dragged up in court for years.
Moral of the story is pay your bills otherwise it's theft.
Well done guys ! A "proper" job well done !
