Very nicely explained. Kindly help me. My contract date is 28th feb... And it's auto renewable. I have already worked abt 4 years. I don't want to renew my contract beyond coming expiry of contract i. E 28feb 2022. In my physical contract notice period is 3 months. From now 2.5 months left to renew contract. Can i resing now and go on exit without any penalty? 2nd can i resign now with 30 days notice and pay penalty of 1.5 months and go on exit? Kindly advise me with article no. Thank u

I have One question, I am working with a manpower supply company My contract is valid till 08 May 2021 but my sponsor company terminated my contract on 26 Jan 2021 and informed that 31st Jan will be the last working day, because client company will not renew their agreement. whereas in my contract 2 month notice period is clearly mentioned.
In my case am I eligible for two month salary or till end of contract that is 8th May 2021.

Bhai agar kisi valid reason se kisi ko terminate kiya jaayega to Article 77 k hisab se usey koi benefit milega ya nhi???

very well explained. i have one question if employer fail to renew iqama by his own mistake and than said you have to go final exit, and employer did not give any notice than article 77 will apply or not. secondly is it possible that employer give notice after iqama expiry?

Aur agar company probation period k andar terminate kr de rahi hai without a valid reason toh kya kr sakte hai aur hume kya mil sakta hai
May I know where mention in article 77 that employee or employer has to pay remaining month salary to employee or employer.... In which basis you are giving this examples... ?

Same question I have... I completed my first contract 2 yrs.. 2nd contract renewed automatically... Now i am request Resignation but company asking me to pay remaining Month (22month) salary...

salaries. But In contract its not mentioned that I

expiry, they just mentioned any party can resign
before 60 days notice period. I submitted 60 days
before resignation. So do I need to pay ???
