Awesome work there dear friend. I remember that few years ago I did P-51 D from Revell in that same scale. I have only used a different decals. I have used the decals of the Yugoslav air force. Thank you very much! 😀 I'll have a look! The Revell one is an older molding, I've heard it's not the best kit. The Tamiya kit was great, almost no putty was needed. I only added the engine hatch details (panel line and "screws"), the rest is oob except for the cables and wires in the landing gear bay. To be honest, I didn't want it to look so used, but I had made a mistake with the clear coat. After a few days I forgot I had used Alclad aqua gloss to seal the metal paint and sprayed a full load of GX100 all over the surface to prepare it for the decals. But it didn't react well with the aqua gloss.... so I sanded it all down a bit and coverd the rest with the heavy weathering. In my opinion it now looks better than a clean model, so I call that a happy accident 😅
