It's a GOOD day when we can watch another brilliant video from Mr Baton. Thank you for your hard work to keep your camera steady while following the action.
Fantastic video! Always lovely to see the HAC! They don't get as much exposure as the rest, at least that's my opinion. *The marches played were,* 1) 0:08-The Mad Major 2) 2:53-Keep the Home Fires Burning 3) 4:02-Guards Armoured Division 4) 7:09-Mud Cabin 5) 9:02-Glorious Victory 6) 12:08-Prussian Glory (Preußens Gloria) 7) 14:00-Through Bolts and Bars (Per Aspera Ad Astra) 8) 17:32-Household Brigade 9) 20:43-British Grenadiers 10) 22:32-Grenadiers Return
Good evening! An umpteenth video of this great event, Mr.Baton, a brilliant video. Excellent both the Honourable Artillery Company and the Welsh Band. I see there's also the Band of H.M. Royal Marines CTC., so many Bands! Thank you very much for posting.
Following query solved, it was the March of the Royal British Legion, in case anyone else was wondering. I wonder if anyone can help me. I have been searching for the name of a tune for months. It is played every year during the Armistice weekend and also featured in episode two of Blue Lights on the BBC when the loyalists carry out an illegal march. Usually David Dimbelby names all the tunes but he only said it was the Grenadier guards playing. This year it started the march past and is on the i player at one hour and 29 minutes. I have watched countless marching band videos but haven't heard it once. Please, please, please put me out of my misery!! Thanks Edited to add that the program is the Cenotaph from Sunday
