Thanks for the message. The helmet wasn't loud but wasn't quiet either. With my Stage 2 HD which is loud, the sound didn't bother me at all. But I'm sure there are quieter helmets to choose from. Im looking at getting some Ear Molds made anyway
What visor did you end up getting? I haven't seen any other colors only smoke and light smoke. They really needed to come out with a transitions visor. I just bought two of these this week

G'day Scott. I haven't been riding much I'm afraid. Speakers for the comms unit dont leave much room for ears. I get a pressure point of pain after 2 hours. Still love the helmet and its lightness. Apparently there is slim speakers available. I have not tried them
It either has not gone through DOT testing or DOT denied. Either case it sucks because I really want this helmet. The ECE rating i think is better that DOT anyway. I may end up importing one.
Need a new helmet and am thinking about the Glampster. Want an Indian Ftr and got a GT Air 2 but my head shrunk from a size L to M lol! Think thats suit well or an Ex Zero
Hi, i compared the NXR (thats how the Rf1200 is called in europe) with the Glamster and both felt identical in size. Both very comfortable on my head. I'm between Mid and Large. Hope that helps you. Greetings from germany.

The sound quality is pretty good. It seems there is a good seal with the visor clipped down all the way.
Great review. I’m happy with my Shoei I won’t rush and buy this. I would like a Bell helmet one day they have some great retro styles.

I only got the smoked version. I was also disappointed that more options weren't released

It's not ideal. By the end of the day my ears were sore. Still working on a solution

Yes it does. I'm still working on that. The speaker recess is there, but small. Doesn't bother me on a short ride. But after 400km my ears are in pain
Can you clamp the Sena or do you have to use glue pads?
