I have not yet seen an experimental demonstration of this concept. Amazing work sir. But in my opinion, it is not correct to say that the distance of the sun is greater during sunrise/sunset. It is the distance through which the sunlight travels (through atomosphere) that is greater during sunrise/set. Thanks.
