These planes are cool, priced out getting a pilots lisense, wow, pretty pricey. But, if I ever have time and money to do it this is the plane I would want.
I remember when you guys was talking about doing the Corvette engine, when I did the tour at the warehouse. And I love the new upgrades too. Now If you guys can do the modifications for the baggage compartment, you got a check coming your way. I literally can't find nothing else wrong...
Forgive my ignorance, but you are talking about a replica of a Lockheed P-38 Lightning? I do think, however, that a 75% replica of either the P-38 or P-47 would be cool though.
Always wanted one of these price keeps going up been drooling over their website last 12 years I remember then the standard kit was $54k now their $65k.
Anyone that wants to paint there tail RED and be historically correct. Seen to many P-51Ds with red tails, when the TUSKEEGEE pilots only flew P-51Cs. The plane shown hear looks like a C, so it would be cool if they painted it's tail red! The only P-51C that I can recall seeing, is owend and flown by air musium owner, Kermit (forgotten his last name) and I don't think it's tail is red when it would be apropriate for him to do so.
@@donaldvaldes5680 Kermit Weeks is his name. The kit offered by the company is labeled the t51-b, however, the B and C variants of the p51 are practically identical

@blastman8888
They’re*
This is perfect if you don't have millions of dollars for a real P-51.
That would be PERFECT for a V12LS !!!
There is a guy working on putting a v12 in one.
I was thinking the same thing.
How could anyone not want the bubble canopy version?
