Oh yes. That Kass quote was the best thing he's ever said and I was overjoyed by it and amazed cos when you think about it, this game does the not get credit for how the title defines everything you do and experience.
Way late on this, but I recently discovered in my most recent playthrough that bomb arrows can be used to destroy the rotary blades of the flying guardians, knocking them to the ground and letting you wail on them - hope this helps someone!
I wanna add here that you can also dive into their rotary blades with a spear from above and break them (spears work best because you fall in a straight line). It works the same as bomb arrows but you have to be careful about retaining height to do it to all of them.
I can’t remember how many times I have watched this and it still gets me every single time... I wish my memory for this game can be erased so that I can enjoy the breathtaking journey once again like I first did. Can’t wait for the sequel to come.
6:48 him asking how much stuff is hidden under Hyrule is so hilarious now. Little did he know there was a demon guys corpse, even more shrines, a bunch of caves, and a whole other world still waiting underneath Hyrule. I wonder what other kingdoms have under them in this world 😂

38:26 I've been trying to figure out what engine the Master Cycle sounded like it had. The moment you opened that map, it clicked. _The dungeon is themed after a flat four engine._ The bike has that unequal length header sound and everything. (a.k.a. the Subie rumble, it sounds way too close to be anything else!) (edit: no it doesn't sound like that, it's a parallel twin or a single cylinder two stroke) I was wondering all along whether they even thought about making it sound like a particular engine and not just some mystical black box, and it turns out they _themed the entire final dungeon_ around it, while still making it fit so well thematically (four divine beasts, one theme in each cylinder) that I didn't even think about it while beating it myself. I'm floored. Whoever came up with that theming deserves a promotion.
I am given to understand that Eiji Aonuma himself is an avid motorcyclist, and pushed hard for literal years for there to be a bike in the game. Then when they let him, he made all the programmers ride motorcycles so they would know what it was supposed to feel like.

At 14:25 it’s not that the trident does damage in water but that when you’re wearing the Zora helm he can spin attack in water. Still cool to discover new things tho 😂
For some reason, I forget about Cryonis a ton so I was having such a hard time with the one electric puzzle. It was late at night and I yelled at my switch (blanking out on the word electricity) "I HATE THE DOMESTICATED LIGHTENING PUZZLES." I've never forgiven myself.
When I got to the part where Daruk gets them all in a hug for the picture, I actually cried. Don’t blame me, blame this game for making me attached to every character.
3:17 For the shrines in the first part of the DLC, you can revisit them even without the obliterator. And for this one specifically, you can literally just walk through the spikes and get to the other side without dying!
Was I the only one who thought the last divine beast is actually just the engine of Vah Room, and we got shrunk to get inside and repair it? The shape looks awfully like a flat 4 which has been used on a motor cycle....
I display all my champions arms in my house except for the Lightscale Trident because I didn’t realize it was Mipha’s weapon, but I still keep it on me because I feel like it will make Link happy, I don’t know why but I just do. Not related to this video much but I just wanted to say it. :)

I remember having the full rubber armor and just cheesing dual purpose with the shock immunity. It’s not like I couldn’t have figured it out, but it was extremely fun to bypass the puzzle

Zelda: Link, you must save Hyrule as quickly as you can!
Link: ok hold up let me get this motorcycle real quick
38:26 I've been trying to figure out what engine the Master Cycle sounded like it had. The moment you opened that map, it clicked.
_The dungeon is themed after a flat four engine._ The bike has that unequal length header sound and everything. (a.k.a. the Subie rumble, it sounds way too close to be anything else!) (edit: no it doesn't sound like that, it's a parallel twin or a single cylinder two stroke)
I was wondering all along whether they even thought about making it sound like a particular engine and not just some mystical black box, and it turns out they _themed the entire final dungeon_ around it, while still making it fit so well thematically (four divine beasts, one theme in each cylinder) that I didn't even think about it while beating it myself.
