Webinar: Value Adding Herbs & Flowers -- Opportunities, Recipes, & Regulations

Which herbs grow best in the Carolinas? What can you create with them? Are flowers just for bouquets? There is a large market for many value-added products made from farm-grown herbs and flowers. This workshop will explore the basics when it comes to the many uses of herbs and flowers. From teas, salves, and tinctures to vinegars, honey, and, yes, lollipops, we will navigate new ways to create health and wealth. Whether interested in adding new, unique value streams, what laws govern this sector, or how to create a safe product, this session explores the endless possibilities of value-adding herbs and flowers.
