being an Indian I want to tell you that don't use the same curry masala everywhere as every Indian dish have its own unique curry masala.(as the same spice can not be used in all the dishes) Moreover, Indian food is not about naane and curry it is more than that from veg to non-veg we have all the taste. and never use olive oil and white onions in place of that use mustard oil and red onion. Have you noticed that many of these Indian restaurants are run by non Indians?. They will sell using the 'Indian food' brand but they rarely will identify themselves as Indian.. No no never make the mistake of calling them Indian, they are definitely NOT that.
