    Empress Chicken Wings:
    Ingredients:
    Chicken wings ½ kg
    Soy sauce 4 tbsp
    Ginger paste 1 tsp
    Garlic paste 1 tsp
    Oil for frying
    Corn flour 1 cup
    Spring onions (sliced) 2
    Ginger (sliced) 2 tbsp
    Sugar 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Method:
    In a bowl add wings, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and sugar. Mix well and marinate for an hour. Remove wings and keep the marination. Then coat the wings in a corn flour and deep fry on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside. Now in a pan add the marination along with 1 cup water. Then add corn flour and cook until it becomes thick. Now add wings sliced ginger and spring onions. Mix well and serve.
    Masala Cheese Fries:
    Ingredients:
    Potato fries (frozen) 1 kg
    Cream cheese 200 gm
    Cream 100 gm
    Chaat masala 3 tbsp
    Oil for frying
    Mayonnaise 1 cup
    Method:
    In a bowl add cream cheese, cream and mayonnaise. Mix well. Set aside. Then heat oil in a pan add frozen fries and fry for about 8-10 minutes on a medium heat. Remove and set aside. Now spread the cheese mixture, sprinkle chaat masala on top. Serve hot.
    Chicken Awadhi Qorma:
    Ingredients:
    Chicken boti 1 kg
    Clarified butter ¼ cup
    Oil ¼ cup
    Whole garam masala 3 tbsp
    Garlic 1 tbsp
    Ginger 1 tbsp
    Yogurt 750 gm
    Onions (sliced) 2 large
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Cream 1 ½ cup
    Salt 1 tbsp
    White pepper 1 tbsp
    Sesame seeds paste ½ cup
    Poppy seeds paste ¼ cup
    Screw pine ½ cup
    Cayenne pepper paste 4 tbsp
    Method:
    Heat oil in a pan add chicken boti add fry for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside. Then in a sauce pan add clarified butter and onions, fry until golden brown. Remove and grind. Set aside. Now add garlic, ginger and fry for a minute. Then add whole garam masala, chili powder, yogurt, salt, white pepper, sesame seeds paste, poppy seeds paste and cayenne pepper paste. Bring it to boil and cook for 10 minutes. Then add chicken, onion paste, cream and screw pine. Cook for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.

    Aoa sir ap ne bilkul theek kaha m bhi ab cake ke liye saray ingredients naap k daalti hoon pehle to mujhe baking ke abcd bhi nhi aati thy but thanks to u sir ap ko follow krtay hue m is qabil hue husband tareef na sirf meri balke app ke bhi saath krtay hain k a ke waja se hamain acha khane ko mila thanks a lot sir
