      @@myexperimentalmind I love it, been incorporating it into my daily workout session. Use it for warming up, sometimes extra swings after my workout, and this is nice to do when giving body ache some rest in between workouts. Continue to learn the intermediate movements, not really easy for me but it’s fun to do even with that few basic moves.

    Really cool and soothing to watch. Reminds me of the days spinning glowsticks on strings. The technique seems simular.

    Lovely, thanks. I recommend viewing this at 0.25x. The one-legged balance portion looks so easy.

    I understand motion and flow but without increased resistance the body remains the same. That being said, for those that want this level of conditioning..... wonderful. I only ask about the possibilities as you add weight for low impact strength/core building.

    Great, smooth flow but it’s hard to see the rope, it blends in too much.

    Anyone truly get a good workout and get lean doing this or that's not what Rope Flow is about?

    • @Octomoves
      @Octomoves  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can achieve that. It’s a good workout if you want to make it that. If you go slow and flow, it’s more about mobility, coordination and body fluidity. Plus mental benefits.
      Rope flow pairs perfectly with strength training and in that way you can make amazing gains ;)

    • @laja6108
      @laja6108 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can get lean without doing anything. Your diet and whether or not you burn more calories than you input determines leanness. Rope flow can help with burning calories, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility. The ropes are weighted so it can even be a form of rehab / prehab / explosive work. Depends on how you use it.

    Ridiculous technique! Never seen the spinning pattern before.
