Human rights is a cruel joke, as is law; no innocent and helpless child has any means to stop nor prevent others from harming them. I have no means to stop nor prevent others from harming myself and my children. Additionally, nobody is nor can stop any child from being harmed because there is no decent level of awareness nor agreement nor practice to improve on even realizing what is actually harmful, let alone stop harm and prevent harm. People have taken my son away from myself and my daughter, tortured and are still torturing us, and nobody prevented this nor has stopped this nor is correcting this. And I was born and live in the same small city in northern Ontario Canada by the way. Harming children is still the fundamental core problem with humanity that keeps humanity harming the next generation. I know these things from personal experience and I'm not wrong.

Good day Atty. Today, as we began to move forward with our topic, I discovered that the term HUMAN refers to a person, who differs from animals in that they have rights. Humans, as we all know, are the most important species on the planet. Aside from human, I also learned about rights, which are a type of entitlement that humans have. Then there's the issue of human rights. These are the rights that a person has from the moment he is born until he dies. It holds true no matter where you are. It can never be taken away from you. Then there's education, which involves a structured process that we normally find in an institution. I also learnt the fundamentals, which refers to a fundamental that should be learned or the building blocks that serve as the course's base. I also acquired principles, which serve as the basis for a belief system. In addition, I studied the core concept of human rights. The first is universal, which states that everyone, regardless of their history, country, place of residence, or status, is born with and enjoys the same rights. The second principle is indivisible, which states that all rights are equally valuable and cannot be divided. The third principle is the absolute right, which states that all human rights are non-negotiable and cannot be taken away by any political regime. The next essential principle is interdependence, which states that all rights - political, civil, social, cultural, and economic - are connected and that no one can completely enjoy any of them without the others. The five essential values of human rights, the first of which is dignity, were also taught to me. It is crucial because we must always preserve it and not allow others to take it. The second concept is fairness, which refers to treating everyone equally, regardless of who or what they are. Third, regardless of wealth or poverty, each of us must face the law if we break it. Fourth, we must respect others in order for them to respect us. It's a negative process. Finally, there is independence, which allows you to do whatever you want while still adhering to the law. The two major categories of human rights were also taught to me. The first is civil and political, often known as classic, which focuses only on independence. They didn't allow you to think or act before there was any freedom. It comprises the rights to life, freedom from torture, freedom of assembly and association, liberty and security, and nondiscrimination. The second is Economic, Social, and Cultural, which emphasizes resources and constructive acts. It includes the right to a decent level of living, an appropriate standard of education, a healthy environment, and, finally, social security. THANK YOU SO MUCH ATTY! #JusticeBuddy #EACCaviteSchoolofCrminilogy

Good day Atty. In this video, I learned about so many things and I will discuss them in the comment section. First is HUMAN, of course, we considered humans like us. That’s why there’s what they called human rights because every people have rights. Based on the video that you’ve discussed Atty. Right is a concept that referring to justice and interest that referring to properties or any personal matters. Next is Human Rights. Based on the video, Human Rights are a right that belongs to every person on the earth that deserves freedom. Based on the video Human Rights can never be taken away. Also, human rights have basics like shared values, dignity, fairness, equality, and lastly respect and independence. Next is Education. Based on the video that I watched, education is a process of receiving or giving systematic instruction, especially at school or university. Here, I learned that education is organized and you can’t just graduate to all subjects just because you’re lucky, you need to work on it to pass it. I also learned about Atty. That we’re studying to get a formal education, what is formal education? A simple example here is Engineering or any other work that has a degree in it. You can’t be an engineer without a degree or formal education. I also learned about FUNDAMENTAL. What is fundamental? When we say fundamental, it is referring to the word “BASICS” the basics that I’m saying is we need to know what is the importance. We need to know what is the core, what is central importance, and what fundamental is the one that we need to know what is the importance that we need to know. Also, there is what they called Concept. Atty. Bajita explained what is the concept. Based on Atty. The concept is referring to your thoughts that are conceivable when you say some things. There’s an example, as a ball. When do we say ball what thoughts come to your mind? Of course, it is bouncing, it has sound. It is the same in Human rights, like what are the concepts? When we heard the word HUMAN RIGHTS. Next is Principle, According to Atty. Bajita, the principle is referring to the truths, that will strengthen our beliefs. There are also the Concepts of Human Rights. Based on Atty. The fundamental concept of human rights is the following. The first is universal. Next is indivisible. Next is inalienable, and the last one is interdependent. Then what is universal? Based on Atty, When we say universal all of us people have uniformity on human rights. Next is indivisible. Based on Atty, when we say indivisible all our rights are equally important. It means our rights matter, and they cannot be separated from each other. Next is inalienable. What is inalienable? Based on Atty, inalienable explaining that you can’t remove the people's human rights. Why? Because human rights are in-born to us. Because there are human rights already before we’re born. Next is Interdependent. Based on Atty, It means that all of our rights are connected. I also learned the Five Core Principles of Human Rights, based on Atty, The five cores are Dignity, Fairness, Equality, Respect, and lastly is Independence. The first is Dignity. Based on Atty, Dignity is referring to our will. Next is Fairness. It means that we need to be fair. Next is Equality. Equality is the same as Fairness, why? Because we need to be fair on thinking to every people. The best example here doesn’t describe people on how they look or what color their skin is because everybody can be good and bad. Next is respect. We all know what respect is, if you want to be respected, respect them first. Because you can’t gain respect just because you’re higher than them or whatsoever, it is gained by respecting them. Lastly, we have Independence. Based on Atty, in Human Rights, all people are free but we don’t know if it’s absolute. We have independence but we still need to follow the law. I also learned the Two Major Categories of Human Rights, The two Major Categories of Human Rights are Civil and Political. Next is Economic, Social, and Cultural. Based on Atty, when we say is Civil and Political it is referring to freedom. Because they provide, protect, and guaranteed individual liberty. Next is we have what they called “included in Civil and Political Rights.” First is the right to life and next is the right to freedom from torture, Right to affair trial, Right to freedom of assembly and association and next is the Right to liberty and security, and lastly Right to freedom from discrimination. I also learned about the Economic, Social, and Cultural. The main point here is that it is growing inequalities. I also learned about Civil and Political Rights. Civil and Political Rights have the right to an adequate standard of living. It also has the right to education, it also has the Right to a healthy environment, and lastly, it also has the right to social security. #JusticeBuddy #EACCaviteSchoolOfCriminology

Good Day Atty! This Lesson gives a lot of knowledge and i learned in this video are Human is basically a person that distinguished from animals by science. Right is an entitlement to something like justice or due processes. Then human rights are basically the freedom of person in the world. Key words in this is they applies it to you, where you are from and what you believe or how you choose your life. This law can never be taken away. Education is the process of receiving or giving a systematic instruction especially at school. Fundamental, in other terms it's the most or basic things you have to know about topic. Concept for me is when you hear any word or any topics, it is what you think first at that word. Principle is the truth or proposition. Then Fundamental concepts of human rights have four parts. Universal, Indivisible, Inalienable, and Interdependent. Universal is everyone in the world has this right. Indivisible is this right is cannot be separated from anyone. Inalienable, this means any law are cannot remove it from you. Interdependent is everything about globalization in this world is connected to this right and none can fully enjoyed without the others. The five core principles of human rights are basically the dignity, fairness, equality, respect and independence. #JusticeBuddy #EacCaviteSchoolOfCriminology
Good day Atty. #Justicebuddy

Good day Atty, thankyou for brief explanation of the fundamental concepts and principle of human rights, these are the terms that i encounter that connects in our lesson; Human is a person as a distiguish from an animal Right is an entitlement to something, whether in the concept of justice, or can be defined as an ownership to a property Human rights are the basic rights and freedom of every person since they are born till their death. Education is the process of receiving or giving systematic instruction, especially in school to have formal education. Fundamental is defined as base or core of central importance. Concept is an idea generalized from particular instances, it is something that is conceived in the mind; a thought or notion. Principle is a fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief. There are four fundamental concepts in human rights, first is universal, that everyone is born with and possesses the same rights regardless of their nationality, status and place of living. Second is it is indivisible which means that all rights are equally important and cannot be separated with each other, third is inalienable which means that human rights are non-derogable and cannot be removed by any political order, and lastly that it is interdependent that rights, whether political, civil, social, cultural, and economic are connected with each other and non can be fully enjoyed without the others. The five core principles of human rights are dignity, fairness, equality, respect, and independence. The two major categories of human rights are civil and political that includes right to life, right to freedom and torture, right to a fair trial, right to freedom of assembly and association, right to liberty and security and right to freedom and discrimination. In economic, social and cultural it includes right to an adequate standard of living, right to education, right to a healthy environment, right to social security, it is called as progressive realization.
This video has taught me a lot. The two primary areas of human rights are fascinating to learn about. Human rights are divided into two categories: civil and political, both of which are liberty-oriented. Progressive realization is the economic, social, and cultural development that occurred in the wake of World War II, as well as the distinctive aspects of these rights. A Right is a entitlement to ideas like as justice, property, and due process that distinguishes a human from an animal or alien. Humans have rights from birth to death, regardless of race or belief, and these rights can never be taken away, although they can be restricted for security or law violations. #JusticeBuddy #EACCaviteSchoolOfCriminology
Good day Attorney! Thank you for sharing these helpful informations. In this video, you've discussed about the Fundamental Concepts and Principles of Human Rights Jargon Bullets Human- a human being, especially a person as distinguished from an animal or (in science fiction) an alien. Right- an entitlement to something whether to concepts like justice and due process or to ownership of property or some interest in property, real or personal. Human Rights- basic rights and freedoms that belong to every person in the world, from birth to death. They apply regardless of where you are from, what you believe or how you choose to live your life. They can never be taken away, although they can be sometimes restricted - for example if aly person breaks thae law or in the interests of national security. These basic rights are based on shared values like dignity, fairness, equality, respect and independence. These values are defined and protected by law. Education- the process of receiving or giving systematic instruction, especially at a school or university. Fundamental- forming a necessary base or core; of central importance. A central or primary rule or principle on which something is based. Concept- something conceived in the mind; thought, notion. An abstract or generic idea generalized from particular instances. Principle- a fundamental truth or preposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning. A general scientific theorem or law that has numerous special applications across a wide field. Fundamental Concepts of Human Rights 1. Universal- everyone is born with and possesses the sane rights regardless of their background, nationality, place of living or status 2. Indivisible- all rights are equally important and cannot be separated from each other. 3. Inalienable- all human rights are non- derogable and cannot be removed by any political order. 4. Interdependent- rights- political, civil, social, cultural and economic- are connected and none can be fully enjoyed without the others. Five Core Principles of Human Rights 1. Dignity 2. Fairness 3. Equality 4. Respect 5. Independence Two Major Categories of Human Rights 1. Civil and Political- are said to be 'classic' and are known as 'liberty oriented human rights' because they provide, protect and guarantee individual liberty to an individual against the States and its agencies. Included: right to life, right to freedom from torture, right to a fair trial, right to freedom of assembly and association, right to liberty and security, right to freedom from discrimination 2. Economic, Social and Cultural- developed in the aftermath of World War II against the background of growing inequalities and the changed view of the state's role in an industrialising world. Require more economic resources and positive actions from the State and have thus been referred to as 'rights-debts'. Known as 'security oriented human rights' because these rights jointly provide and guarantee the essential security in the life often individual. Included: right to an adequate standard of living, right to education, right to a healthy environment, right to social security. One of their particular features is the 'progressive realisation'. Based on the State's available resources. Thank you for this lesson Atty. Good day Atty., Thank you for another insightful video today. It was a comprehensive and informative video of yours, constituting the following points: Human; Right; Human Rights; Education; Fundamental; Concept; Principle; Fundamental Concepts of Human Rights; Five Core Principles of Human Rights; Two Major Categories of Human Rights; What are included in Civil and Political Rights; and what is included in Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights. Moreover, before covering the topic of human rights, Atty. Bajita explains the factors that are linked to it. First, is Human as a term used in human rights. He discussed in the video is a person created by our Father God with a rational state of mind different from animals or an alien. Apart from that, he defines rights as enlightenment to something, whether in the idea of justice and due process or the possession of property or an interest in the property, real or personal. To summing those terms, Human rights, according to Atty. Bajita, are fundamental rights and freedoms that belong to everyone in the world, from birth to death. It applies regardless of where you are from, or what are you believe in, or how you choose to live your life. Moreover, he added that human rights can not be taken away but can be regulated, say for instance, what's happening in our society nowadays, having a quarantine. On the other hand, the term Education is defined as the process of obtaining or imparting structured instruction, particularly at a school. After it, the term fundamental concerning human rights was been uncover by Atty. Bajita. He stated that it is talking about the basics, forming a necessary base or core; of central importance. It may also be described as a core or basic guideline upon which anything is founded. Furthermore, The term "concept" was also brought up. It was discovered that a concept is a person's idea or perception of something; it is the first thing that comes to mind when confronted with a problem. An abstract or generic idea is generalized from particular instances. The lecture then went on to explain what a principle is, which is a basic fact or statement that serves as the foundation for a system of belief, conduct, or chain of reasoning. A broad scientific theory or statement that has a wide range of particular applications. On the other side, after defining those terms concerning human rights, Atty. finally discussed the fundamental concepts of human rights is. He gives four fundamental concepts and the first on the list is that it is universal. The major difference between most aspects of rights and human rights is that, whereas “regular” rights apply only in some places and at certain periods, human rights apply to every human being on the planet at all times. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) declares in Article 1 that "all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights." The universality of human rights is a notion established to assure and reaffirm the importance that these rights should be given. The second is indivisible wherein it tells that human rights are equally important and cannot be separated from each other. The third is inalienable, a characteristic that human rights are non-derogable and cannot be removed. And last is interdependent or just partially mean that all rights are intertwined with each other and connected. Furthermore, the five core principles of human rights are also discussed in the video and these are the following; dignity; fairness; equality; respect; and independence. Subsequent to it, two major categories of human rights were also elaborated, which are civil and political. These are known as liberty-oriented human rights and are considered classic. Because they defend and ensure a person's individual liberty against the state and its agents. It includes the right to life, the right to be free of torture, the right to a fair trial, the right to freedom of expression and association, the right to liberty and security, and the right to be free of discrimination. Second, economic, social, and cultural obligations have been referred to as rights debts since they need greater economic resources and positive acts from the state. It is known as security-oriented human rights because these rights work together to ensure and guarantee an individual's basic security. Included; Right to an adequate standard of living; Right to education; Right to a healthy environment. To sum it up, this video of yours Atty. Bajita makes me overwhelm about Human Rights. I realized how big human rights are and the provisions and terms surround them. It was a very informative video and Thank you for sharing it with us. Hence, I am looking forward to and waiting for a more informative video like this yours. Thank you po and Godbless. #JusticeBuddy #EACCaviteCriminology
Good day po Atty. Thank you for discussing Fundamental Concepts and Principles of Human Rights to us. I’ve learned some of the Jargons that connects to our lesson such as: Human, which means a person and a human being as distinguished from animals; Right which means entitlement to something whether to concepts like justice and due process, or to ownership of property; Human Rights which means the basic rights and freedom that belong to every person in the world from birth until death based on shared value, and can never be taken away; Education which means the process of receiving and giving systematic instruction especially at school; Fundamental that forms as a necessary base or core; Concept which means something conceived in the mind like thought and notion; and Principle which means the truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief. I’ve learned that there are four fundamental Concepts of Human Rights which are Universal, Indivisible, Inalienable and Interdependent. When we say Universal, everyone is born with the same rights regardless of their background, nationality, place of living or status. Second concept was Indivisible, that pertains to all rights are equally important and cannot be separated from each other. Third concept is Inalienable, stating that all human rights are non-derogable and cannot be removed by any political order. And the last fundamental concept of Human Rights which is Interdependent, that states’ rights whether political, civil, social, cultural and economic are connected and none can be fully enjoyed without the others. There are also Five Core PRINCIPLES OF Human Rights such as: Dignity, Fairness, Equality, Respect and Independence. Dignity pertains to quality of being worthy of honor or respect that we cannot just give or take to others. Fairness is the act of fair treatment to everyone. Equality is just like fairness whatever your status is, we should be treated fairly. Respect that everyone should give and take from each other. And Independence that shows our freedom without offending the law. I’ve also learned that there are two major Categories of Human Rights which are Civil and Political, and Economic, Social and Cultural. When we say Civil and Political, it is said to be classic and known as liberty oriented human rights. It includes Right to Life, Rights to freedom from torture, Right to a fair trial, Right to freedom of assembly and association, Right to liberty and Security, and Right to Freedom in Discrimination. And when we say Economic, Social and Cultural category of Human Rights, it is developed against the background of growing inequalities and the changed view of the state’s role in an industrializing world. It is also known as security oriented human rights. It includes Right to an adequate standard of living, Right to Education, Right to healthy environment, and Right to social security. And one of their particular features is the progressive realization. Thank you so much Atty. for explaining this all point by point, we’ve learned so much again today. #JusticeBuddy
Hello buddies.
While waiting for our Live Streaming, you may watch/review our previous video entitled, Introduction to Human Rights Education.
Just click this,
th-cam.com/video/cnMaY0jmmNg/w-d-xo.html
I already watched the video. And I learned a lot from the topic you discussed, thank you for that information you share to us Sir.

Wow, may new upload uli salamat po sa panibagong kaalaman!
Good day Atty.

I have learned that Right is a right to something, whether in concepts such as justice and due process, or in property ownership. Education is a systematic instruction found in a school or university. Five Basic Principles of Human Rights are Dignity, Fairness, Equality, Respect, and Freedom. My favorite part is the 5 basic principles of human rights. We need to be equal with everyone and we need to show our respect for others. good day atty
Good day Atty, thankyou for brief explanation of the fundamental concepts and principle of human rights, these are the terms that i encounter that connects in our lesson;
Human is a person as a distiguish from an animal
Right is an entitlement to something, whether in the concept of justice, or can be defined as an ownership to a property
Human rights are the basic rights and freedom of every person since they are born till their death.
Good day sir thank you for another video my favorite part is the fundamental concepts of human rights and also the principles of human rights.
