Chilton Says 47 for the bolts and 32 for the castle nut for the civic. "With all four of the vehicle's wheels on the ground, torque the upper control arm nuts to 47 ft. lbs. (65 Nm). Torque the castle nut to 32 ft. lbs. (44 Nm); then, only tighten it enough to install a new cotter pin"

never jack it from the front.. now u will need a new radiator
There is a dedicated spot with a bulge for this exact reason. Radiator is still good and intact!
