why is it positive if its counterclockwise? in moments the rotation ccw is negative right?

In reality you can name CCW negative or positive its up for you to decide. However, for moments its more intuitive to think positive in the same direction you would do an angle. Thinking of a positive 90 degrees from the x-axis is CCW.
