I love bastl products, I have 2 of the non drum machine kastles and their sampler and mini mixing board unit. All battery powered and portable, and they are what got me back into making music after 20 years of not making any (I'm 47). You can also use the kastle drum with another drum machine to do timing subdivisions in the beat (not sure of the proper term for what I'm trying to say)
That's awesome! I was really considering the Microgranny at one point but ultimately decided against it due to the granular nature of it. That just my opinion though. I see people do amazing things with it. Are you talking about polyrhythms? Thanks for watching as always!
@@Tiger.Arcade yes polyrhythms not sure why that was so hard to think of. The micro granny is very lofi so I could see how it's not your thing (with the moogs and all)
dunno, I somehow love-hate my Kastle Drum thingy...really depends on my mood...the thing is, it has a very specific sound...so you either like it or you don't 🤔

BASTL is hit or miss with me. I never vibed with the Kastle, Kastle Drum, or the MG. But I do love the Dude and the Dark Matter Module.

I totally understand what you mean unfortunately. It’s not the best and I only enjoy using it when I get the more clicking percussive sounds.
