It's not a bootleg. It's gray-market, which is legal. You can find other videos on TH-cam that explain.
It’s a bootleg but is the best we have as I don’t expect an official Blu ray anytime soon.
It may be one of the best looking ones available.
Does this contain English subtitles? And is it better then the stinky tuna release of true lies on blu ray?
The subtitles can be turned off, yes it includes them and others. It looks and sounds like an official release, so they did a great job.
