I think there should be a balance, but I think for those who have goals, it shows they have a vision. It’s good to have a vision. The Bible says, “without a vision, my people perish.” If you spend your whole young adult years living it up, you will have some good memories, but no investment into your future. That doesn’t necessarily mean money. It could mean skills too.

If you don't, don't. Read a book if you want to. Work only if you want to and it brings you joy. You shouldn't be made to feel guilty because you haven't maximized productivity. We live to live, not to work.

God has helped me realize it's about Him, not me. He is my Creator, my Saviour and I owe Him everything. He asks very little of me and what do I give Him is important.

Here here. I started my own horse business and bought raw land, built my own barns and fencing in 5yrs time. It was the best chapter of my life. My strength was unbelievable as a 100# 5’ woman. I rose to the challenges. I had energy for everything.
I just started researching myself. Some videos I’ve seen use paint that is pet friendly and non toxic. Of course pressure treated is good outdoor or get expensive redwood could work too and stain with non toxic options.
Agree! When I was young I had 2 full time jobs. Worked 6:30am-2:30pm and then 3pm-midnight. Didn’t even phase me. Ate when I could, slept when I felt like it. I was never tired!! Now I’m a mama to many babies and don’t have 60 seconds to myself haha
